2020 Keystone Springdale
This camper is lightweight so many midsized SUV's, along with trucks, can pull it. We will supply a weight distribution hitch with sway bars. It uses a 2 5/16' ball for hitch if you would rather use your own. It uses a 7 pin connection for electrical. We do lend the brake cable.
Our camper features a queen bed, bunk beds, and a dinette that folds down into a bed to sleep a total of 6. The 3 piece bath is fully equipped to include a sink. Enjoy the Smart TV or bring your movies to play in the included dvd player. Indoor/outdoor stereo system that is Bluetooth enabled. Automatic awning.What we include:
Basic kitchen utensils, paper and plastic dishware, paper towels, Styrofoam coffee cups, coffee maker (just bring your k cups), toaster, pots and pans and rv toilet paper.
We will supply a generator upon request with a small fee. It will come filled and will need to be returned full.**Please make sure you bring your own towels, pillows, and bedding. **At handoff we will spend time showing you how everything works. We even have a printed direction sheet inside the camper for easy reference.
We will spend several hours cleaning the camper so we just ask that you return the camper in the condition it was rented out in; decently clean. (Sweep the floors and wipe down counter tops. We also enjoy Ed Allen's (outside of Richmond) which is a great family owned smaller campground. Natural Bridge KOA is another we recommend. We also love Small Country Campground in Louisa, VA. Other things to noteWe will go over everything when you pick the camper up. All we ask is that you treat our camper like it was your own and be respectful. We will ask that you do a sweep and wipe down the counters upon its return.

Lindsey and Dustin are wonderful hosts. We rented their trailer to use while our floors were being refinished and while that may sound pretty boring it was good to be able to escape the dust and remain on site to answer any questions and not have to worry about somehow messing up the job. It was a good value and Lindsey and Dustin were very helpful in getting us set up and in returning the trailer. AND! We discovered Outdoorsy!

Great experience for two off grid. The renters were nice, understanding and made it as easy as possible. This camper was easy to pull as I drive a 2016 Z71 Colorado and pulled this camper with no problems. All the tools for setting up the camper we're provided making setup also easy. The generator is very quiet and ran the entire camper with zero issues (we ran the ac the entire time we were at the camper.) Overall a great experience.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Over the summer months we are extremely flexible with pick up and drop off days and times. Outside of the summer months early morning or evening is better for us. Please just send a message and we will work something out!
Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

We have a manual in the camper that should answer most questions. We will also walk you through everything before departure.
