Laura and Wayne have to be among the best hosts on the platform - the entire experience was amazing! Upon arrival, they took their time in showing us everything we needed to know about Bernice; from the inside to the outside, and how to hook up and disconnect in case we needed to leave our campsite. They covered every single detail and did not rush through any part of our checkout process; ensuring that we were completely comfortable all along. And it wasn't all business - they took the time to get to know us and share things about themselves.

This was our first time out and Wayne at Cozy Rentals made things so easy and smooth. I asked a lot of questions on the front end and Wayne was incredibly responsive and informative. The "Bernice" trailer is the perfect size for a small family and has everything you need. It was so easy to tow on winding mountain roads and was very easy to set up at our camp site. If you are looking to rent an RV from someone that is honest, knowledgeable and easy to work with then Cozy Rentals is your place.

Wayne and Laura are great hosts. Bernice was in great condition, clean, and well-appointed. Had a great trip despite some hiccups that were well handled between Outdoorsy and the hosts.

Wayne and Laura are superb! Great experience all around. The camper was so well appointed that food was about the only thing we brought. The frisbee, flying football, cards and candy were enjoyed by our 3 boys tremendously. Loved our time.

"Bernice" was amazing and might have convinced us to get our very own travel trailer! Fantastic experience from the walkthrough from Wayne and Laura to the drop off. They are very knowledgeable and really put you at ease. We'll be back if we don't have our own by then!

“Bernice” was awesome. My wife and kids really enjoyed the experience. After this trip we are set on purchasing our own RV one day. From the first correspondence Wayne and Laura were always available and full of insight. Since this was our first RV trip their availability was crucial. Laura gave campsite selection advice and now I think we have found our annual go-to spot around Christmas. They also drove across town to bring us a bungy cable for the RV chain because they felt it was making a little too much noise. I wish all my customer service experiences were like this. We will definitely be renting with them again if we’re in the area and don’t have an RV.

Outstanding rental and first time experience! Wayne was amazing. Friendly, informative, providing us with a turn-key camping experience. Thanks to "Bernice" and Wayne's support, we are excited to return and repeat the fun! Highly recommend.
