Deric was really great. We had some last minute travel changes and ended up booking with him right before our trip. He was so responsive and helpful. Even on such short notice he got the camper there early and it was all set up for us.
The layout of the camper was really great for our children. The camper is just as seen in the photos and was clean. All around we had a great experience. Thank you Deric!

The RV our family rented was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. It was spacious and comfortable. Deric was very accommodating with delivery and setup hours. Our family had a great time and would definitely rent it again. It also had a welcome goody basket for the family. Thank you Deric!

What an amazing vacation! Deric had our camper setup and ready when we arrived... it was picture perfect. The camper was clean, well stocked and in excellent working order. We had all the comforts of home without any hassle of setting up or taking down. Outside we had a Disney approved fire-pit and a gas powered golf cart, plenty of chairs and a huge rug that said "Happy Camping". The trip was very memorable in a perfect location at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground! I definitely recommend working with Deric... he was awesome! Thanks again!

WOW! What can I say..... not only is this RV absolutely amazing, but the customer service Deric and his family provide is second to none! I had the RV delivered for a family event and It was on site and completely set up before we arrived! Everything was perfect. I highly recommend renting this RV!

We had the best experience! The camper was the perfect size to fit our party and very very clean. We enjoyed the use of the golf cart which was a plus with all the Christmas lights around the campsites... the owner, Deric was very helpful, communicated very well and camper was the perfect set up! Can’t wait to do this again, we will for sure be back.

It was a pleasure working with Deric! He is so helpful, friendly, and professional. He was ready to help when we needed to change our plans and even went out of his way when we needed to modify our trip. He always replied promptly to all of my messages.
The camper was excellent - everything was clean and well stocked including towels and linens, etc. Our boys loved their own space with a game console and games! We had all we needed and more! We even had a welcome basket of goodies awaiting us when we arrived that our boys really enjoyed after a long road trip!

This was our first experience renting an RV. The camper was exactly what I expected from the description and photos. It had everything we needed and everything we forgot! The outdoor kitchen area was the most used space.
Deric was super nice and very communicative through out the rental process form start to finish. He set everything up at Fort Wilderness for us. He even left us a gift basket. We had a great trip and experience and would rent from him again.

We rented this RV from Deric to stay at fort wilderness campground and asked for delivery/setup and pickup. The process was super smooth with Derik and prompt communications as the date approached. The RV was spotless and included everything he mentions and way more! It comes completely equipped minus the family. I'll be a repeat customer in the future! Beds were comfortable for everyone including all the adults!

Deric was awesome! He actually came out earlier than expected to set the camper up for us. It’s a beautiful camper with everything you can think of that you would need for a camping trip. Very responsive to my text messages. I definitely want to rent this again and I recommend this camper to anyone.

This was my first experience renting a Trailer. I have never been keen on rentals and have always preferred to stay in a resort or hotel for the amenities; however, Derir and his 32ft Heartland Mallard completely changed my mind. Deric had everything laid out for us. The trailer was extremely well equipped and clean. It truly had every amenity that we could have asked for. Deric took the time to set it up and give me a breakdown of everything the Trailer had to offer. I would absolutely do this again and would absolutely rent from Deric again. This was by far one of the best bonding experiences I have ever had with my sons and I definitely have Deric to thank for that!

Everything was as advertised. The RV was beautiful both inside and out. Deric thought of everything and our RV was stocked with everything we could need. He was both pleasant and professional throughout the process. My family's experience was exceptional and the entire process was wonderful. Amazing experience! Deric, thank you for making the rental process so easy! We love the camper and cannot wait to rent again. Deric worked with us around our schedule and even when we had a bit of a snafu with our reservation ( not Deric’s doing), waited to hear from us until all was resolved.

We had the RV delivered, Deric was punctual, and took the time to show us all the features of the RV, he also made himself available for any questions should we require it during the rental. Deric and his family were great!! The pick up and drop off went very smooth. Any questions we had Deric responded to right away. The camper was very well equipped from outdoor chairs, linens, towels, kitchenware, movies, to video console for the kids and games. I will definitely rent from Deric and his family again. We created amazing memories.

Take your food and go! That’s all that was needed for us to have an awesome camping trip while renting this RV. Deric was wonderful to work with and the camper was stocked with everything you need plus some extra goodies! Definitely would rent again if the occasion arises!
