Very Fun 2014 Jayco Greyhawk!!

Dave was very accommodating with us by allowing us to meet him very early in the morning to rent it. The microwave and refrigerator worked well but we did not try the stove or oven. Why I left only three stars instead of five was that the condition of the RV was not adequately stated or photographed in the ad. The driver and passengers seats were peeling a lot. The photo he took was of the back of the seats and did not show the peeling. The cushions on the couch and dinette had tears in them that could not be seen in the picture. Explained to me by Dave but not in the ad the automatic leveling jacks did not work, we had to use the manual mode for the leveling jacks. He also stated that he had a sensor on one of the leveling jacks that may go off with a loud beeping noise. He also showed me how to unplug the sensor if that happened. I never used the leveling jacks because as we backed the RV into our driveway the sensor went off, we had to unplug it. We turned the Rv off hoping the sensor would reset but the alarm still rang. We left it unplugged for the whole trip. In a phone conversation with Dave I explained the situation to him and that the sensor was unplugged so he could fix it. We could not use the slide outs since we could not level the vehicle.
I found out later on a phone conversation with an outdoorsy customer service rep that we could have walked away from renting the RV with no charges or penalty. If I was aware of this I may have walked away. The reason why we rented the RV was to gain knowledge to see if we wanted to purchase an RV. When we overlooked the shortcomings we did gain knowledge. We had to leave the state park we were staying at a day early due to weather. We were not able to dump the grey or black water tanks, Dave did not charge us the usual fee for not dumping the tanks. The sensors on the RV showed that all the water tanks were empty. We hope that Dave fixes the shortcomings with the RV. The RV was easy to drive. There were no problems with the engine.

Despite two small hiccups that were solved with a quick phone call, the RV did great! Thanks Dave!

We had a fun time with Dave's RV, which was in good condition and everything functioned correctly. Dave did a good job in explaining how everything works. The seats were a little worn but otherwise the interior was in good condition. There were not any plates, glasses or cooking pots and utensils, so you will need to bring your own. There were some paper plates and cups provided.

Great experience. Dave showed us everything we needed to know. RV worked great.

God lead me to Dave to have an experience that was awesome. He is they best and was always checking in on me for I went on this voyage by myself and Jesus with me. I became a widow this year and everyone and everywhere I went they took care of me. I chose Dave because he was close to where I live and the value that he gives. I recommend him and his RV for anyone that wants to go camping. I went on this journey to see if I wanted to do this full time and God showed me that is not His will. I thank Dave for this opportunity and pray Jesus to bless him and his RV and everyone that rents it.
