Springdale is a 2013 well taken care of & clean trailer that sleeps 8-9 people. Queen bed in its own room, bunk beds - full bed on bottom, twin on top, dining table turns into a full bed, and couch that also folds down into a full size bed. Springdale also has a full bathroom, fridge, microwave & kitchen sink, radio that plays indoor or outdoor, and ac/heat. Manual Awning.
What's included
Camping table, some utensils, clean sheets, 4 clean bath towels, 2 toilet paper rolls, 1 paper towel roll (more available upon request). Sleeping bags upon request.

Towing vehicle must have a 7 pin connector. Must have brake controller.
No smoking, or vaping in or near trailer if windows are open, failure to comply will lead to loss of entire deposit to have RV professionally detailed.
Dogs under 40 pounds welcome with $25 non refundable fee taken out of deposit.
No festivals
Use only the provided RV toilet paper, no other types of toilet paper allowed. The only things that are allowed down the toilet are human waste and RV toilet paper, result of misuse will cause a loss of partial deposit to unclog.
No off-roading
Do not use awning unless you are near the RV, if you leave the RV, you must put the awning away.
Avoid cooking foods with a strong odor in the RV. Whenever the stove is used you must use the vent fan.
Do not use the RV to clean fish.
Weekday pick up time after 6pm. Weekend pick up time after 8am. Drop off time discussed upon pick up.

Q.What is a dry rental?
A.
A dry rental is only for the winter months when the lines will freeze if you put liquid in them. You are not allowed to run water, pour anything down the sink, or bath or toilet. No liquid whatsoever is allowed to be flushed through the RV.
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We are pretty flexible as long as you work with us. Please feel free to contact us if you need to change your dates or cancel.
