My host Charles was great he did everything he said he would and did it on the exact time schedule that said he would. He set up the trailer when he left and came and picked it up just as he said he would. So our experience with Charles was great.

Charles was great to work with. He really took the time to walk through all that the RV had to offer, and it’s operation. He answered all my questions, and helped with swapping out my hitch as the receiver was being stubborn taking my pull ring to swap to the trailer receiver. We had s great trip and experience which made it easy to relax and enjoy ourselves. You couldn’t hope for a more accommodating host!

Charles was very cordial he explained all the workings of the bullet, nicely stocked and very convenient. He helped make the connections to my truck and provided a safety briefing.
Overall the experience was very nice.
