This was an excellent experience - with great hosts and a fine machine. Skip and Lisa's Winnebago Revel is exceptionally well maintained and fully outfitted (including many after-market upgrades that make this particular Revel more comfortable, better driving, and more capable than the typical Revel. We encountered absolutely no broken things or malfunctioning systems on our trip! Everything worked perfectly - not a common thing with RV's of course. Skip is extremely competent, knows his Revel very well; and is happy to answer any and all questions. He provides a thorough briefing on the RV and is extremely safety conscious.
This was as easy, safe, and enjoyable a rental process as we could imagine.

This was our first time renting a van for a road trip. We wanted something that was going to be reliable on and off road. We went from the east coast of Florida up to Missouri and back and it was a great experience. The Revel performed great, Skip is always available if you need anything and provides a very thorough over view of everything you would need to know. He also provides a book in the van in case you forget anything. I will definitely be using this again for our next adventure.

Skip and Lisa were great to work with from the beginning and throughout the entire process. The camper van was the perfect RV for our camping trip off grid to the Everglades. Skip went thru the entire vehicle before we left to make sure we were comfortable with all the cool things the van had. I had the opportunity to rent the Revel from Yngvar and Lisa. They make the process very easy. Yngvar covers the vehicle in a very detailed manner. He also has made a binder that explains vehicle operations should you forget a function while on the road.

Lisa and Skip were great to rent from. This was our first time renting an RV and they made it very easy. Skip answered all my questions about the van and provided a very through walk-through. The van was fantastic. It is easy to drive and everything worked as expected. My wife and I traveled with our two large dogs. The garage space below the bed worked out great for a place for the dogs. I highly recommend Lisa and Skips Revel.

Our trip couldn't have been better! The van performed great in the snow in the Utah mountains. Skip had just installed a new Li-ion battery system that worked perfectly off the grid for 2 nights. Highly recommended!

Both the RV and the owner were absolutely great. He did everything he could to make our trip as memorable as possible we couldn’t have been any happier. Everywhere we went, we attracted a lot of attention with the RV and at least 15 people told us they were interested in also buying one. They should absolutely do so. They will have the best trip ever, wherever they go. On road or off-road, uphill or downhill, in the sand or in the snow.

The Revel is the ultimate outdoor beast! We wanted to test this machine as we're comparing different Sprinter conversion builds before we do our own, so we took this to BLM lands around Bryce in Utah. Skip and Lisa keep their Revel perfectly maintained, loaded with quality gear to choose from, and clean; and are incredibly thorough with explaining the details on how to operate it. Top Notch operators, and I highly recommend them.

Somebody rightly described it as the ‘dream machine’. This van has many modern amenities built-in a convenient size chassis that is easy to drive and maintain. The owners included all the necessary supplies for cooking, cleaning, and more; we only had to buy food and fuel. Moreover, this van is in great condition and performed reliably during our weeklong 1000+ mile trip. We felt comfortable having everything that was needed and were able to enjoy hassle-free.

Lisa and Skip were great to rent from. Skip gave a very in-depth walk-through on the van, which was great. The van itself was fantastic. Very easy to drive and has all the bells and whistles. We are a family of four with two young daughters. We used the bench for one kid and put a mattress in the garage for the other. Highly recommend!

Our experience renting with Skip and Lisa was wonderful! We rented the van for 10 days with 2 adults and 2 rambunctious dogs and had a fantastic time! The van was immaculate and they have all the gear you could possibly ask for. We got lots of compliments from fellow campers, and were impressed how easy it was to drive - it took the hills of San Francisco like a champ! The only minor drawback was that the bed is a bit cozier than we’re used to, but it was really comfortable, so we didn’t mind. It was a great value and Skip and Lisa were so kind and thorough with their planning and walkthrough, we felt 100% confident along the trip.

We used the RV as a support vehicle for my son who is riding the Pacific Coast. We covered from Laguna Beach to San Francisco and stopped at state parks along the way -about every 100 miles or so. The Revel was great! We had 4 bikes on a rack and numerous tools necessary to make sure the ride was as good as can be. The Revel turned heads everywhere we went and provided the space, power and comfort necessary to do the job. Skip and Lisa were the best always available to answer questions when we couldn't figure something out. They spent the time up front to make sure everything was working and that we understood how to use as many features of the van as possible. We look forward to renting from them again in the future and highly recommend them to meet your adventure vehicle needs!

We loved our trip up the California coast in the Revel! The owners, Lisa and Skip, were very helpful and thorough in their instructions on all the systems of the campervan. The van was provisioned thoughtfully from a rug to keep the dust down outside of the doors to a french press for coffee. Though the Revel is not the quietest ride, it is easy to drive, and we felt comfortable and confident on every road we drove, especially the dirt ones. We will absolutely rent this fun adventure van again.

Skip and Lisa are amazing hosts and the RV is in great condition! Being a newbie in the RV world, I needed to learn a lot about using the RV features. Skip gave me a 2-hour in-depth tour and a lot of extra items for an off-grid stay. It also helped that the RV is very well built and thought through. Therefore, I highly recommend it for the people new to the hobby. It is also surprisingly easy and comfortable to drive!

They took the time to explain all the workings of their camper van, offered items for us to take on our trip, offered their contact info to call 24/7, The van was in impeccable shape and was better than we expected. They are just extremely nice people who were excited to us to take our trip. We have already recommended them to friends and would rent for them again without question. Thank You for making our first trip to Zion so comfortable and enjoyable. The Revel was fully stocked and provided us the accommodations we needed to make for an adventurous, safe & fun. Yngvar & Lisa walked us through the entire vehicle, provided us such a thorough orientation of all of the features and functions. It was so helpful being that it was our first time RV-camping. It was also so easy to pull into parking lots like a regular SUV but we had the room /accommodations of an RV. The Revel was the envy of many while we were on the road!

My wife and I couldn’t be happier with how Lisa and Skip prepared this rig. It was everything and more than we could’ve imagined. Our 13yr. Anniversary spent in the Revel was one for the books. Skip and Lisa were in constant communication whenever you had a question. The RV is set up with every essential needed and they even offer additional supplies if you like. The Revel is an experience that you won’t forget and will have everyone at your campsite asking you about it. Don’t look at any other RVs and go with this one. You won’t regret it.

You can't meet two nicer people than Skip and Lisa. From day one of the booking request, they were friendly, responsive and helpful. It's clear they want to make sure you have the best experience possible and are passionate about the adventure ahead. This Revel was absolutely perfect for a week of traveling up the California coast and back down the Sierra Nevadas - even while adjusting plans on the fly due to the many fires and campground closures. If you're used to tent camping, as my family is, I highly recommend treating yourself to this experience - just be warned you may never go back to that tent again!

This van is a beast, a head-turner, and a joy to drive!
You're going to get a lot of Instagram likes ;)Our favorite features of the van are:
- The bed. It raises and lowers with the press of a button, granting ample gear storage during the day, and has extra sleeping height. I'm 6'2" and my wife is 5'10" and we both slept comfortably.
- The sink with >20 gal of fresh water.
- The Solar Power System that provides off-grid power for the built-in induction cooktop & fridge and for charging and operating electronics.
- The storage boxes mounted on the back of the van for fire wood, dirty gear, etc.
- The indoor/outdoor hot-water showers and cassette toilet which offer creature comforts and peace of mind when in remote spots.

5+ STARS! Our epic family road trip to four national parks was made possible by Skip and Lisa's awesome, brand new 2020 Revel and phenomenal customer service! They are A+ owners who were a pleasure to work with.Before our trip, Skip provided detailed verbal and written instructions and complete reassurance that we can call him 24/7 for any questions. As a first time renter and camper van driver, I never felt more comfortable and confident that I'm in good hands. This 2020 Revel is such a nice-looking rig that we received compliments and envious looks at EVERY gas station and parking lot -- so be prepared to answer a lot of questions. It was immaculately clean (in-and-out), well-labeled, and had all the essentials of a home away from home. Finding an extra blanket, lanterns and a lighter when we needed them most became the highlight one evening. The storage boxes were very useful for our dirty hiking shoes and gear.

We had an amazing time driving the Revel to Sequoia National Park. It was incredibly spacious and clean, equipped with all the essentials you need to have a worry free trip with a toddler ;) They also offered so many additional items: camping chairs, gas grill (with gas tanks), Yeti cooler, clean bedding & towels, outdoor rug, and more.
Lisa and Skip were great! Very friendly, responsive and wonderful to work with.
