A very well maintained, family-owned 2012 Forest River Sunseeker is here to host your adventures. We would love to answer any questions that you have!
All kitchen/cooking supplies, camp table, 10x10 canopy included plus a smokey Joe barbecue with briquettes and grilling utensils. RV toilet paper supplied. Due to Covid, you will need to bring your own bedding. Mattresses have protector covering on them.We love your furry buddies. Please advise us as to size breed and age of your buddy. NO other pets allowed, i.e. Cats, rodents, birds, armadillos, camels, sheep, chickens, monkeys, unicorns, snakes, etc. Potbelly pig's negotiable

1. No towing of another vehicle or offroad travel. Penalty fee $300
3. No climbing on the roof.
4. No Smoking at all, the security deposit will be forfeited if this occurs.
5. You are never to use the awning, you surrender your full security deposit if the numbered lock is tampered with or broken. I will supply a pop-up canopy for you.
6. GPS tracker is installed, please do not go over 65 MPH. The first incident you will receive a warning, any subsequent speeding is $25 an incident. Outdoorsy insurance will not cover you if you exceed their recommended speed limit.
7. You are responsible for any ticket, tolls, tows, and impounds.

Diana was great to rent from! Super clean and well-maintained RV. Perfect for a fam with three little kiddos. She has a great RV lot so you can dump upon return. She's amazing, would rent from her again.
