We expect trailer to be returned clean, if trailer is not cleaned we will charge a cleaning fee of $250 on the credit care we have on file.

it was very nice and clean but we could not figure out how to use the microwave.
The service was really great. The trailer was set up with the fridge on and cold by the time we arrived at noon. Very pleased. The trailer was just ok. The price per night was a bit steep for this particular trailer due to the age. The lily pad that was requested was not in the trailer when we arrived, but was brought out the next morning and the kiddos enjoyed it so much!! Thank you!! We would definitely rent from HavaBlast in the future.
We only had two issues. There was no hot water, and VERY little water pressure from the kitchen faucet. I was able to fix the water pressure problem (I removed the aerator and cleaned a lot of debris from the screen). The pressure was fine after that. If they were to ask me for any suggestions, it would be to check the operation of the trailer before they leave.
Besides that, it was awesome. They are very friendly. Great communication. The rest of the trailer was great.
I would definitely use them again, and probably will be. We go every year to Black Meadows.
The booking process and drop off and delivery were great. The only reason for only 4 stars is that the camper we rented was pretty run down. Obviously it was an older one in the fleet. Next time we will probably go with something newer in hopes for it to be nicer.
Aside from the unit not being plugged in, meaning no air running when we arrived and the gray tank smelling very bad, the initial booking experience was pleasant. I know I reserved the smaller, least expensive trailer, but after seeing it’s condition, I would not rent that unit again. I do appreciate the ability to rent for 2 nights rather than the normal required 3 night minimum. Unfortunately we ended up leaving a night early after the smell from the tank was a bit much even after adding sanitation liquid.
Page is very good at what she does and she's professional. That was appreciated, especially because we were not satisfied with the trailer and had to call Page as soon as we walked in. The picture on their advertisement shows a newer model of the same trailer or maybe it is a picture of the trailer from 10 years ago, either way it's not what we expected from seeing the pic online. Also, we had no hot water at first, which was surprising since they told us they'd have it all set up for us so we wouldn't have any issues. I had to call them and have them walk me through how to turn on the hot water and that took 3 calls. The television remote also didn't work (no, it wasn't just the batteries) even though we specifically told them before finalizing our rental agreement that we wanted to be able to watch TV and movies at night. So that was a pain having to control the tv via buttons on the TV that were hard to reach. The cord in back of the TV was also loose and we had to keep adjusting it. There were a lot of stains, old (some chipped) wood, and the floors looked re-done but right outside the bathroom door felt hollow so not sure they fixed the floor underneath. It also smelled like cigarette smoke a bit even though it's supposed to be a non-smoking trailer. The propane tanks outside (hooked to the trailer) were banging around when it got windy and we couldn't tighten them. We heard them all night one night when it was really windy. The positive was that the AC worked perfectly, we had no complaints with the bathroom (except for the shower curtain was too long so you step on it while showering(not ideal) & there's a hole over the tub that if it rained could get rain inside... they actually just put clear tape over the hole!..), kitchen or appliances. Blinds were nice and easy to use. We couldn't open the window by the table because one little arm that pushes the window open was broken. There were a lot of bugs outside and if we had the windows open the bugs still got in even though there are screens on the windows and doors. Despite of how old the trailer is, we made it as comfortable as possible. We did have to drape sheets over the couch and other seating areas so I could sit on them because when I sat on them without sheets I got itchy and red. Maybe they need to shampoo the cushions? not sure or maybe even retire this unit. Also, if you plan to use the trailer in an area where you are not connected to sewage, be prepared to pump your system at least 2-3 times per week. Thinking about that every time we used water or flushed was very stressful.
