It was such a pleasant experience renting from Donna! She was very accommodating to my flight schedule and was flexible on RV Pickup/Dropoff times. She was also readily available to answer all the questions I had before and during my trip.

We had a great weekend in the Smoky Mountains with our (4) grandsons. They had never set foot into an RV previously and loved the experience. Donna and Henry were great hosts to us. Aside from a few minor issues in the coach, everything worked very well. We did not realize the fridge takes a full day to cool down, so we lost a bit of prepared food. We would rent from Open Road RVs again. Thanks!

We were very pleased with this RV. It was very comfortable with plenty of space to move to around and enjoy our trip. The owner supplied it with various items needed for the trip was always available to answer any questions.

Units is great, just as it seems on the listing. Most important was the whole process and the customer service Donna provides. This was my first time ever in an RV...wasn’t sure how it would go, but between the quality of the unit, the experience with Donna, and a great destination (Huntington Beach, SC), we are hooked.

I would recomend anyone to rent from Preston. The process was easy with 24 hour assistance if you had any questions. The rv was clean and luxurious. The set up had anything you may need. We had a blast and had the best family vacation ever. When you pick up RV they take time to show you everything and make sure you understand how too work everthing.. 5 plus stars....
