Guests love it for first-timers

Guest review behind this vibe (5 / 5, September 2025):
> We enjoyed our time in Colorado and traveling in “Baloo”. Unexpected and urgent life circumstances developed for our host and required him to travel last minute. He was straightforward with communicating, apologetic, and clear about his unexpected emergency. Prior to his travels, he made sure to prepare his van and explain where to locate the key. Our pickup and drop off went off without a hitch. Although we never met our host (Zach) face-to-face, he was very accommodating and responsive via text messaging. In fact, he was quite easy to deal with and our interactions were always polite and professional. Sherry and I enjoyed our time with Zach’s Mercedes Sprinter Van “Baloo”. A perfect vehicle for our camping and outdoor adventures in Colorado.

Review summary (AI-generated from guest reviews):
- Accommodating, communicative, and flexible: Zachary was praised for being accommodating, flexible, and having excellent, quick communication, even when handling unexpected emergencies. He provides thorough orientations.
- Easy to drive, capable 4x4: The van drives well, handles rough roads, and has a comfortable large bed. It features an excellent solar/battery system for off-grid use. One recent review noted significant cleanliness and repair issues, and amateur build quality.
