Christian was so easy to work with and was willing to he of assistance in every way possible. The Travel Trailer was large and ready for me to move with. He explained the process and did a through walk-through that explained everything that i needed to know. I cant wait to rent again and it will for sure be with Christian.

We had an amazing experience with this rental. Christian is very communicative and answered all of our questions as to we were new to this renting experience.The trailer was super clean and a perfect size for my family of 7. This was a trip to remember. We definitely will be renting from him again very soon!

I would have given this person a 5 star review if he didn't try to make me pay for everything t hat was wrong with his trailer and took $236 from deposit . Horrible at responding, could not get the trailer until he got out of work at 5 pm, very inconvenient since its already late in the day to start a camping trip. He blamed us for every little scratch on his trailer and claimed we left black tank 3/4 full when I emptied tank myself until nothing else came out. I recommend to take a video and document any little scratch/damage and levels of tanks before you take trailer, also maybe get a receipt or take video while dumping tanks. Not to mention he wont fill water tank, and black tank was not empty when we took trailer since it got full in the 1st day of use. Worse experience by far on Outdoorsy, will never rent from this person again

Renting this trailer was seamless and stress free. Christian is very attentive and always responded in a reasonable amount of time. The trailer was flawless and had absolutely no issues. I got nothing but compliments on our trip. He helped me set up the hitch correctly to fit my lift and gave me a thorough walk around of the rig and answered any and all questions I had. Comes with an emergency kit with contact numbers and trailer manuals if you get into trouble. I ended up ripping the awning when an unexpected wind gust picked up. I was absolutely sick about it. Christian handled the situation like a true professional. I obviously covered the cost however, he made sure to put my mind at ease as accidents happen. He definitely could have handled the situation differently as I ruined his brand new awning on his brand new trailer on the first trip out. Highly recommend this trailer and the owner if you are looking for a stress free vacation with a really nice rig.
