Jameson was easy to deal with and had lots of extras available to us.
Unfortunately, after all was said and done we received a ton of extra charges. A few were reasonable… I couldn’t get my family packed and to the campsite in time so he charged us a late fee. We weren’t able to fully clean the trailer afterwards so we got charged for that as well. Cleaning of the outdoor table and chairs he left for us was also an extra charge (although my wife offered to clean them when he was packing up the trailer and he said “no, that’s okay”).
However, we were charged for a Dog cleaning fee even though our dog wasn’t in the trailer. He obviously saw our dog during drop off and pick up and assumed our dog was in the trailer, but he slept in the tent with other family members. There was picture proof our dog hair in his trailer, however it didn’t match our dog, and our dog doesn’t shed.
All in all, we had a great family trip and thank Jameson for letting us use his trailer. I wished he would have used better communication before charging us for all the extra fees.

Jameson was amazing. Super helpful, kept great communication, was flexible, and really easy to deal with. He was so accommodating and his trailer had so many great items so that we didn't have to pack it with us on our camping trip. It made everything so much better. We will definitely rent from him again on our next camping trip next year and recommend him to anyone looking to go make their camping trip 1000% better. Thanks for all your help, Jameson!

The Awesome Aspen Trail'er had everything on board we needed for some hard core glamping with my family in Wells Gray Provincial Park! Jameson is an amazing communicator and you can tell he loves this trailer. He's put so many cool features into it that I don't know where to start. For me, the solar power was the best because it meant we had all the lights we wanted every night (in & out) with no need for a generator as the oversized batteries were replenished each day. It didn't even seem to matter that our site was completed shaded (check out the pic)! Jameson, you'll be hearing from me again next season!!!

Everything was exactly as listed! Jameson was a amazing host and we will most definitely use him again! We made the trip here from Kentucky and he was extremely accommodating due to our flight being delayed! My three year old and 5 year old loved the activity bin as well as all the perks. The camper was great and we really enjoyed our 10 day stay in it.

Excellent experience with Jameson and the trailer. It came with EVERYTHING! We have already planned trips for next year and will 100% rent this trailer again. Comfortable beds, great shower pressure, android TVs were a treat when we have a few downpours and needed to distract our kid, the extra spices and herbs helped our food taste better, and all the extra bedding and towels made camp life comfortable. You don't need to bring anything buy clothes and food. Jameson was very quick to respond, easy to communicate with, friendly, and gave us a comprehensive walk thru of the trailer.

We had a great trip and the trailer was perfect. We traveled 2900 km and had no problems. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone. Jameson was very easy to deal with and explained everything well.

Jameson’s trailer was loaded with things you’ll ever need. All you really need is to pack your food, cloth and jump right in and you’ll be ready to go! Highly recommend!

We spent a week “dry” camping (we did rent the generator to facilitate electrical needs) with the trailer and it was awesome! Jameson was great in dropping off the trailer on time and spent as much as required to make us familiar with all the workings. When we had questions during our trip he was quick to answer us and was on time for pick up at the end of the trip as well. The trailer came FULLY equipped with all the things you could want and we have recommended it to friends and would rent again.

Drop off and pick up service made it super easy for us to have a week away with the family. Trailer was as presented and very clean. Sleeping was comfortable and easy for 4 adults to accommodate. 2 of our party rented outside and so all the chairs and bbq made for lots of outdoor fun! Jameson was very responsive and kept to his promises for delivery/pick up times.

Jameson was a pleasure to deal with from day one. He provided superb communication and excellent service and instruction upon delivering and setting up the trailer at our campsite. Trailer was in great shape, appliances worked flawlessly and the trailer surprisingly slept my entire family (including 5 kids) comfortably.

We have been renting trailer’s for the last several years to go camping with our family and this year was the best by far.
Jameson was very easy and quick to communicate with. He has all the bells and whistles which makes packing that much easier. Everything you need and more - chairs, bbq, utensils, pots and pans I could go on and on...spike ball!!!

Jameson was absolutely amazing! We initially weren't very confident we could pull the trailer behind our Toyota Sequia, however, with Jamesons help we ended up having an awesome trip. The trailer also had all the amenities you could think of which made the whole trip that much better. From the simple pots and pans al,l the way to an outdoor barbeque, this trailer really has everything. Thanks a lot, Jameson for such an amazing experience!

We rented the travel trailer to use in our yard as accommodation for our out of town guests. From our very first interaction with Jameson, we found him to professional and quick to respond to my many questions. Upon delivery, we found Jameson to be friendly and appreciated how he took the time to walk us through everything and he stayed until everything was set up for us. As for the travel trailer, it arrived clean and well stocked and our guests found it very comfortable and warm. We were all very happy with our experience! I would highly recommend contacting Jameson if you are having guest coming. It was wonderful having everyone together and not have to stay at local hotels. Thank you Jameson for helping our family celebrate this weekend together!

When we add on all the extras then it is as expensive as 4* Hotel but I didn’t have to rent a car and drive - so it was worth it!

First time renting a trailer and after this experience with Jameson and his Aspen Trail, it won’t be our last. Priced right. Clean. Fully stocked with everything you need to camp comfortably. Communication with Jameson was fantastic and his correspondence was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely rent from him again. Overall, this trailer was absolutely perfect. Thanks Jameson!

There was a hiccup with the generator - to which Jameson offered to come right out and correct - instead we chose to rough it (a bit) and go without the generator - no problems there.
The trailer was well appointed with all the items listed on the details page of Outdoorsy.
Jameson communicated several times up to the rendezvous at the camp site and was very professional and thorough during the set-up, tear-down and inspections.
His extra effort to make our week special was so appreciated.
