I would recommend renting from LV RV Rental to any of my friends. They were accommodating to our schedule change and were very helpful when we had questions about the RV. We had a great trip in our RV!

Horrible Experience !! The Owner promised to give refund for the days we were without A/C and had to get a Motel room due to the extreme heat, obviously they never did ! The guy they had to go over the basics of the RV did a poor job with the instructions. The Tub had Duck Tape in it , sheets was dirty/Dingy, bathroom light didn't work , the shower leaked ever where and to sit on the toilet is to risk your life as it felt unstable. For Our first camping Experience, I would not rent from this company ever again ! The App is making me give them one star...

LV RV Rentals gave us an RV with the dark water tank 2/3 full of previous owners waste. It smelled so bad when we picked it up but they told us it was the 'summer heat' and would go away with windows down and run fresh water. We left the lot and everything stopped working. We returned, and waited 2 hours for repairs. Took off again and over an hour down the road again, the AC stopped working, the fridge wouldn't cool, our fresh water tank was empty, it stunk and our food was spoiling. I asked about refunds and was told 'only if you return it now'....which would mean missing our week long vacay at WorldMark Resort in Colorado. We were stuck! We pressed on. I took a picture of the levels panel which showed dirty tank full, clean tank empty less than one day after leaving.
When we got to Colorado we parked the RV for a week and had to rent a car for the seven of us! We paid to fix the AC. Then, refusing to drain someone else's waste we just poured in Orange Clean and fresh water. Got home and asked for a refund of ANY type for the $2,000 we paid. They gave us a few small credits of $253, $115 of which was our AC repair bill. But the turned around and charged our card another $113 the next day! Find another company. There are lots of good ones to choose from.
