We had a delightful experience with Suite16. Everything was in order, the RV was very well maintained and was easy to drive. At the end of our trip we had a family emergency and the owner was very kind and accommodating to our needs. I would book another trip with them again and definitely recommend them.

Vegas RV Adventures and more specifically Katherine Feldman is phenomenal. I scheduled a trip to take my mother and father (89 and 86 years old). My father had never been to the west coast so we were flying to Vegas and driving to CA. We were supposed to take our trip last September. Just a few days before we were supposed to leave my mom had a serious health scare and ended up in the hospital and we were told not to fly (we are in MD). We had not purchased the trip insurance. I called Kathy and told her what had happened and she said just tell me when you can take the trip and don't worry about it - we will reschedule. She could have totally told me to pound sand and charged me all kinds of fees and expenses. Then, when we reschedule and went this May she had the RV stocked with everything we could possibly need. She walked me through the RV and showed me how all the systems worked. Although I have driven a class C before she took me on a short drive to make sure I was comfortable with the RV. She even added a luggage carrier to the hitch because she knew I was renting wheelchairs and would need the additional space. When I had questions during the trip I texted Kathy and she called me! Then when we returned from our trip Kathy met us and waited until our Uber arrived and we were safely off. I cannot sing Kathy's praises enough.

We had a wonderful experience with Vegas RV Adventures! Kathy was so helpful during the whole process answering any questions promptly. She went above and beyond helping us when our flight was cancelled last minute, setting up the RV at a local RV park so we had a place to spend the night. And came early the next morning to go over the set up and get us on our way. So glad we chose Vegas RV Adventures to rent our RV through for our RV spring road trip!!

Kathy and her team were easy to work with and helped make our experience the great time that it was. I will be renting from Vegas RV Adventures next time I have the opportunity. I highly recommend Vegas RV Adventures.

Kathy and Joe were absolutely amazing. A few days before the trip started, I got a very nice and thorough text message from Joe and Kathy asking if I Had any questions. Being our first RV trip, I didnt know what to pack, but after talking to Kathy - the truck basically had all the non food items I needed (toaster, coffee maker, dishes, utensils, etc) I met Kathy close to her house where she showed in the ins and outs about the RV. This thing is a beauty. I was worried about driving a class A vehicle but it rides exactly like a class C. She is a big girl and gets thirsty but after chatting with other RV campers, Suite16 handles the same as a large class C vehicles of the same size. Sound systems, TV's, she is decked out pretty nicely. I give Kathy 5 stars for their accessibility to questions and making the whole process seemless and I give 5 starts to Suite16. Miss her (the RV) already

What an incredible experience from start to finish! The Suite 16 was the perfect RV for first timers like my wife and I. All the amenities and more - easy to do all hook ups (water, electric and sewage) - inside was perfect size, driving her was a piece of cake. What made the experience even better though was the personal nature of the service provided by Kathy - what a star. Definitely differentiates them from the more cookie cutter rental agencies - really felt like she shared in the full experience we had. Highly recommend this group. We will be back!!! Thanks again.

We had a great time! Joe was always available throughout the process and took the time to explain things well (we were newbies and this was our first time). We had no issues and would highly recommend Joe, Cathy and the team! We took the RV to Zion and Snow Canyon. You have everything you need already stocked (disposable plates, cups, forks, knives, spoons, napkins, paper towels, pots, pans, toilet paper, towels, blankets, and extra pillows).

The RV was spotlessly clean and quite comfy. Vegas RV Adventures was flexible and accommodating and it was clear that the owners take pride and care in the vehicle. The RV has almost everything you could think to need - from cooking spray to toilet paper to a charging adapter for my phone. Woohoo! We enjoyed our trip so much, we intend to purchase the same model. Super comfy for 2 people with space to be together...and apart...as needed.

Vegas RV Adventures were very professional. Were extremely helpful and made our trip easy. The Suite 16 was a great ship for our voyage and was the perfect RV for our first RV trip against Utah. We were very happy with the rental.

Owner is awesome, and the RV is an absolutely joy to drive. It is very comfortable and roomy. It's big enough to live in comfortably, and small enough to take on all the little mini adventures that you would normally need a tow-behind for.

Amazing experience, great hosts, perfect for newbies like us. The RV is easy to drive, easy to use, and was prefect for our family of 4 (2 adults, an 8 year old child who loved the “bunk” bed above the cab, and a small dog). Kathy and Joe were quickly helpful with any minor issues that arose. This was the trip of a lifetime and we would highly recommend!!!

This was our first RV experience, and I really don't see how it could have been better. We were a bit intimidated to rent an RV at first since we knew nothing about them, but Joe and Kathy showed us how to use everything in great detail when we met with them to pick it up (they even have youtube videos with detailed instructions about using the various parts of the RV). After learning the ropes from them, maneuvering the RV felt easy and we were very comfortable. Joe and Kathy were kind, patient, and made themselves available to talk with us if we had any more questions on the road. And on top of that, because we were on our honeymoon, they decorated the RV for us as a surprise (see pix). Again, couldn't have asked for a warmer experience. You wont go wrong if you go with them :)

Thanks to Kathy and Joe, we had a fantastic rental experience. The RV was just as good as it looked to be in the images and description. The communication pleasant and responsive. We didn't have any issues during our trip but if we would have have, we felt confident that we would have been able to get the support needed to address them. When we returned the RV, Kathy was very reasonable with how she handled being slightly over the allotted mileage. In summary, I would highly recommend renting one of their RV's.
