Winnie is a super comfy new addition to our family. We are the closest pick-up and drop-off spot to the airport. Just a 10 min Uber away. Bedding is thick, its AC unit works great and within minutes its propane heater can warm you in the ever-changing climate of the Desert Southwest. She sleeps six comfortably and drives like a van, very easy to maneuver. She is a joy!What's includedWe offer a full array of kitchen accoutrements. We also offer bedding/fresh linens or sleeping bags for 6, it is up to you, due to Covid, some want bedding some do not, Just let us know what you need and it can be provided at no additional cost. If you are out of state we usually supply a cooler. RecommendationsThe Big 5 in Utah is our most popular rent, and it is SPECTACULAR! BUT my wife & I are partial to Sedona! If you have never seen it, it's a must and you can catch the Grand Canyon on the way to or from. Yosemite is our other favorite. Why you ask? Other than the shear beauty of it all, I asked my wife to marry me in Yosemite on the top of the Sentinel dome, and we got married in Sedona!! Other things to noteAbsolutely no smoking of any kind in or around the Coach.
We are pet lovers, we have 2 English Bulldogs, but if you plan to bring your pets they are approved on a case by case basis and there will be an additional pet charge as well. Please call us and discuss options.

My wife Jennifer and I have been married for over 12 year we have 2 kids, 2 mom's that live with us and 2 English bulldogs, Jennifer is in advertising and I teach Elementary Phys Ed and on the weekends I teach skydiving. We live in a perfect area for week long getaways with the RV you can be on the beach or at 12,000ft within 5 hours. We are also the closest pick up and drop off spot to the airport. Just a 10 minute cab or UBER away. If you are in need of multiple coaches we have two other class C's as well.

-Cleanliness is my priority, not only in my first home but my second home as well! The RV will go through a strict and thorough cleaning and sanitation process inside and out before sending out.
-ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING PERMITTED IN OR AROUND THE COACH
-RV will be stocked with fresh bedding, towels, and all kitchen items for up to 7 people. RV is expected to be returned in clean condition, as received. An excess cleaning fee of $95/hr may be charged for removal of trash, fecal matter, urine, stains, sand, and mud. Gas, fresh water and propane will be FULL when you receive it and I expect gas and propane to be FULL when it is returned, with grey and black water tanks EMPTY unless you pay the Convenience Pre-Pay refill/dump fee.
-Remember to empty the tanks at your last RV park. NO SMOKING inside at all, NO roof access, NO shoes on furniture, NO towing. RV does not have a GPS for insurance purposes.
-Please note that this is a rental vehicle and minor cosmetic wear and tear is imminent. If anything breaks during your rental, notify me immediately and do not attempt to make any repairs without my approval.
-Renter is responsible for all damages incurred during the rental period including damages due to improper clearance above or below unit.
-Mexico travel is NOT permitted.
-Pick-up/drop-off time are flexible given notice. You will be charged $25hr every half hour past scheduled Pick-up/drop-off time.
-If returned more than one hour after scheduled return time, and I have another rental within 24 hours, a fee of $250.00 will be charged.
-If you are in a collision and it is your fault, insurance will cover the damages (up to their limits). If it is the other vehicle's driver's fault, you must get the insurance information and contact information of the other driver and take photographs of insurance cards, driver's licenses, A police report, and vehicle damage so we can hold the other driver's insurance responsible.
-Pets on a case-by-case basis only - must adhere to campsite rules (check before you bring your pet)!

Jim was great to work with, quickly responded to our questions, and provided a thorough walk through for us RV first timers. We had a full week in Winnie, and she met our expectations. Easy to drive and comfortable for our family of 3. This was the perfect size RV for us. We had everything we needed for our time in Zion, Bryce and 2 state parks. Enjoyed all of the RV amenities and appreciated both the heater (it was 26 one night!) and AC. We may never tent camp again. Thank you, Jim!

Jim was an excellent host, bailing us out of a cancelled RV one week before our trip! The Minnie Winnie was the perfect rig for our first time RV experience. We adventured straight out of Vegas to Zion then onto Antelope Canyon and the South Rim of the Grand Canyon before making our way back to Las Vegas. Jim made the entire experience a pleasure from pick up to drop off, going out of his way to make sure our trip went off without a hitch.

The Minnie is in great condition and was the perfect size for a family-of-four trip to Death Valley. Jim is a good guy and really helpful. Highly recommend renting from him.
