My family and I went to the Grand Canyon. The experience was far more better than I could imagine. Clint was amazing. Very friendly and thorough walking me through the whole RV and how to work all the controls. Thank you very much Clint. Definitely going back to them for our next family vacation.

This is a really hard review!In the first instance we had an amazing holiday - even though the condition of the RV was not what we had in mind for a five year old vehicle - we understand it is a rental and it’s not going to be in brand new condition but would expect money to be used to keep things updated and in good condition - for example, the outside seating was shabby, old and falling apart - the ladder up to the bed above the cab was taped together making it dangerous for our daughter to use, the front electric privacy blind not working, reversing camera stopped working - little things like this. We had to purchase a new water hose for $50 because the one supplied was leaking but didn’t ask for reimbursement as at the end of the trip we would were told by Clint there were no extra charges so we were happy to swallow the charge for this. From collection of the RV the en-suite toilet had an strong urine smell both inside and out of the RV and during our trip this became an issue and a blockage began and we contacted Clint and he said to leave it and he would need to arrange for so one to come and look at it - the site we were on gave us a contact number for an rv repair man so we passed this onto Clint who arranged for the man to come and sort out the issue - the smell of urine immediately disappeared and never returned. Upon returning home to the UK, after having been told there were no extra charges - We were shocked to find that over $400 had been deducted from our deposit to pay for the toilet repairs.

Our family had a WONDERFUL trip exploring the Grand Canyon, Grand Tetons and Cody, WY. Yellowstone was closed, so we will have to return! Every connection with Clint was so helpful. He always responded quickly to any questions we had and was very kind. It was a pleasure working with him. We loved the spaciousness of the camper and the full sized refrigerator.

The experience with Clint and Lisa was flawless from start to finish. The RV was big, beautiful, clean and a pleasure to spend a long weekend in. Clint was great at explaining how everything worked and helped us to feel comfortable in operating the RV and its many features. This was our 2nd time renting from them and we would be happy to use them again!

Clint and Lisa had incredible communication. Unfortunately we were unable to follow through on our reservation so I cannot speak to cleanliness, mechanical, value or listing accuracy (the rating requires that I score these attributes anyway so I gave them the benefit of the doubt). Clint could not have been more helpful and accessible through the process. On their professionalism and great communications alone, I'd recommend them.

I was waiting and calm as you had a good rating. Please find my remarks below and what I am willing to cover as you were and are very nice, and I believe what’s fair is fair and will take responsibility for what I did. But will not pay unreasonable fees, or maintenance costs on AC or generators.Clint was SUPER nice upon pickup, was very informative about the vehicle and operations.
This is where they got me.
1) Clint explained we can workout a return time when i'm on the way back and just to call him. I didn't notice he noted 4pm on the PPW, I ended up having to travel back in split vehicles due to the generator not working (details below) and arived 5:30. Clint explained he has plans for the evening and to drop by tomorrow. a few days later my deposit was stripped A FULL DAY rental (!!!!)
2) on the drive to UT the generator stopped working, Clint instructed me (in good faith trying to help) to open the cover and turn a knob, i turned the wrong knob and it dripped oil (evidently this was the oil drain knob). I was charged over $175 for a complete generator tune up and service.
3) Clint did an AC maintenance claiming it wasn't working well when I returned (TALK ABOUT REGULAR WEAR AND TEAR?!) why would I have to cover that??
There were some items I didn't even inspect on pickup (little window screen behind a curtain, little damage on wood sliding panel) I can take responsibility for that and did.
4) An additional $100 administration fee (ON TOP OF INITIAL HIDDEN FEES) Why? just because I guess?

Clint was great and easy to deal with. Super easy pickup and drop off, vehicle was awesome and relatively easy to drive. Washer was an added bonus to have while camping and help make packing a bit lighter. Nice to have all the camping chairs & carpet. Nice touches - book it, you won’t be sorry. Thanks again Clint!

Clint is a great person and your RV is great. This incredible 38 RV was a dream come true for our trip. I would highly recommend Clint to anyone looking for a great adventure like ours. He explained in detail about the operation of the RV and even being my first experience I had no difficulty. We will be back for another trip.

Clint is a wealth of knowledge about his RV and the workings that go on inside this awesome 38 footer! I would highly recommend Clint and all of his RV's to anyone looking for a great adventure in glamping. Clint was on time for delivery and drop off of RV and went through the directions on how to use the RV perfectly and in a timely manner. We will be back in 2019 for another trip with Clint.
