The RV is totally unprepared for what it was rented for. Generator many problems related to no instructions whatsoever for anything in the unit. Gas refrigerator did not work on gas only electricity. Awning did not exist.

We rented this RV to drive from Vegas to Page Arizona. There was quite a few issues with the Rv, When we arrived the fridge didn’t seem to be working but we were told that there was cooler we could use… the fridge only started working on our second night, we weren’t given proper instructions on how to drain the tanks properly so after only being in the RV for 2 days the tanks were full (clearly they weren’t emptied before we took the RV) so we were stuck with a repulsing smell/backed up sink unfortunately we were camping in many areas that didn’t have service and weren’t able to contact the host to get help. Lastly if you drive any faster then 60 mph be prepared to have the steering wheel shake like crazy as the wheels need to be balanced. Disappointed with this experience and wouldn’t recommend to anyone that isn’t familiar with RVs. However I would recommend the drive to Page Arizona!

Great rental RV! Easy to drive even in the mountains of California. Would recommend to anyone even if they have never driven an RV before. Very friendly and great communication. No need to pack extras for cooking or bedding which were lacking in with other rv rentals I looked at. Even included chairs table, and outside grill which was a plus. Would definitely rent from them again.

The owner's staff was friendly and accommodating. When we had trouble with a flat tire, she was attentive and checked in on us until we got back on the road. The RV had the essentials, which was important since we flew into the area and didn't have our own gear. Overall we had a good experience.

Communication: We were informed only during pickup that the drop-off would need to be before 11am. We pointed out to them that this was not mentioned earlier and our plan was to return it later in the evening. They said it should be fine if we returned it by 5pm. On the day of the drop-off, after noon, we got an sms from the owner asking us to drop off the RV asap as we were supposed to drop it off before 11am. We informed the owner over sms that we had talked to her staff during pickup and had received verbal confirmation that 5pm drop off was ok. But when we dropped our RV at 2pm, the owner still scolded us for delaying the drop off and mentioned that her staff had only agreed to a slightly late drop off. She was not in a mood to listen to our version of what had transpired when we did the pickup. The owner should explicitly mention the drop off time in the RV description on outdoorsy so that people can book other RVs if they find 11am inconvenient. And she should also train her staff to communicate better. Her staff should not have agreed on a 5pm drop off int he first place.

We rented for a week, for our trip to death valley. It was a mixed experience. Among the positives - Gabor was usually very responsive to my questions; the RV was just the right size for us first timers, and reliably got us through our trip; reverse camera was a life saver. On the negative side, the RV was not as clean as we expected when we first picked it up, the frame around the gas stove had food particles, upholstery was grimy, and the waste pipe had a hole in it.
