We are a full service vacation rental company who's goal is to get our guests up to 70% off of the retail costs of vacation condos and RVs. Our goal with the RV rental division is to provide high quality full service rentals much like the Marriott condos we rent out. **We offer contactless delivery! Due to the Coronavirus we’ve developed a system where you can do self check in like a car rental by using our app. This allows you to get everything done ahead of your trip so you can just get the keys and go when you get there! Saving you 1 to 2 hours on both sides of your rental.**

Pet Policy: We love dogs! However for business and sanitary purposes there is some rules.
We accept dogs only for pets and there shall be no more than 2. The dogs must be between the ages of 1-12 and must be spayed or neutered. Dogs cannot be left in the RV unattended and they are not allowed on the furniture. The dog cannot weigh more than 95lbs and you must obtain a health certificate 10 days or less before the rental date and submitted to us. We love dogs however we need to protect the RV for future and current guests.
*Smoking policy*
There is absolutely no smoking allowed in the RV and if we determine there was smoking a fee of $3000 will be applied for cleaning.
- We require a separate electronic contract signed before pickup
- You and your spouse or significant other must watch 2 - RV explanation videos on how to use and operate the RV at least 2 times and be tested on the information upon pickup.

Policies

Cancellation policy moderate
  • Free cancellation for 48 hours after booking, as long as you cancel more than 14 days before departure.
  • If canceled more than 7 days prior to departure:
    • Insurance is refunded
    • 75% of the booking total is refunded
    • The service fee is not refunded
  • If canceled within 7 days prior to departure:
    • Insurance is refunded
    • 50% of the booking total is refunded
    • The service fee is not refunded
Mileage
150 miles free per day You will be charged $0.60 for every mile over per day.
Generator usage
4 free generator hours per day If you exceed the included hours you will be charged $4.00 per hour.

I have never posted a negative review before.
While the location and National Parks were amazing, the RV unfortunately was a great disappointment.
The year of manufacture posted on the vehicle didn't match the year advertised (no registration provided at pickup).
We noted many non-functioning/broken items from the very beginning. There were technical issues with the vehicle noted upon arrival at our first campground (temporarily locked in the vehicle as the door hinge was broken, and refrigerator/freezer not usable for the week) and we experienced additional issues on an almost daily basis.
While we took responsibility for what we damaged, we were also blamed for previously broken items.
Sorry to say that the RV and support during the trip were not satisfactory.

We provide you with a Coach-net membership that has 24/7 mechanics and concierge service. We will not be held hostage to a bad review because you broke 3 drawers, ripped off a cabinet, broke the door handle and then caused damage down the entire passenger side by a “rock” in the bike lane. Threatening us with a bad review because we wouldn’t eat $1300 in damages is ridiculous. The fridge worked before and after we gave it to you and you tried to fit a weeks worth of food for 7 people in an RV fridge. In addition to the technical service we provide our office got back to you within 1 hour even on Sunday at 10pm. We are so sorry we couldn’t give you everything you wanted and we even gave you a free vacation and discount book for any so called inconveniences you said happened.
