The owners were amazingly helpful and kind! They thought of everything and the trailer was a beautiful unit. Really had a wonderful trip!

Everything went well while renting it and delivering it. But five days into my trip & three days before my trip ended the AC stopped working. It was 120° out and there is no possible way anyone could stay in it. I contacted the owner and she told me I was going to have to pay for the AC if anything was wrong since it happened during my rental time. It was internal and had nothing to do with me and was also FALSE information for her to try to make a renter think they would be at fault. It was extremely upsetting. I literally could not stay in it and was getting so sick I thought I was going to throw up because of the heat. She did not offer to put me up in a hotel or send someone to fix it. She just had me FaceTime her as I was sweating to death and dripping in front of her and showing her everything. I am not new to RVs and have owned two of them. it was a horrible ordeal dealing with her when this happened and she did not offer to refund me for the rest of the trip as well. I told her I was going to have to contact an attorney and that I was going to report her. Four or five other people from the campsite checked it out and said the AC is not capable of handling 120° weather and I told her so. I had to turn it off for hours and go stay elsewhere because we thought it might have frozen up. In the morning It started cooling slightly but immediately started getting warm again. It was awful dealing with her at the end. I would not suggest renting from her if you are going to be in any kind of heat.
I also purchased all the insurance and when I tried to call to see if they would pay for my stay in a hotel, no one ever answered. I was on hold for an hour and 40 minutes.
There was an extra bedroom in there with two extra beds and a table built for kids. In the picture it showed a TV in that room but it did not come with one when delivered. Plus no one could’ve possibly slept in those rooms because the heat was so intense. A child could have died in there
I have all texts etc to prove my correspondence with her.
