Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Pick ups and drop offs will be scheduled after 9AM.
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

Comes with full city water and electrical hookup suited for all RV camp sites When dumping the tanks the hose needed is located right under the black and grey lever on the drivers side
