Ryan was incredibly helpful to work with. We were first-time RV users and he went over everything very thoroughly. After our first test drive, which he kindly allowed us to do a few weeks before our trip, I was completely confident we could both drive and use the RV. The vehicle was spic and span, and Ryan made himself available for any questions that came up during the trip. But we didn't have any, because he had grounded us so well on using his RV!

For a family that has never vacationed in an RV before, Ryan made the rental procedure very simple and made sure that all of our questions were answered. If anyone is concerned about hooking up the power, water and dump pipe, don't be. I was an expert after our first campsite. We had nothing but an extremely positive experience from pick up to drop off. The RV accommodated our family of 5 very nicely and had all the features that we needed and more. It performed flawlessly during our 2 week rental and it was an added bonus that it was basically brand new. Thanks Ryan for contributing to our wonderful vacation and we will highly recommend your rig to others!
