I would’ve rated this a 5 before my trip even started based on how helpful and friendly Rob and Justin with their communication before my trip through the walkthrough when I picked the trailer up. The trailer was really nice too. Big fridge, comfortable bed, lots of space, very clean. I hope this trailer is available again when we go on another outdoor trip!

Rob made booking the trailer easy. The trailer was in great shape (as it is pretty new), it was clean and perfectly functional. I had no problems with it at all. I had a question on my trip and Rob was quick to respond. Had a terrific experience.
