The AC didn't work, the fridge didn't work and when it rained, one of the slideouts leaked. The Owner expected us to actually work on the RV during our trip, sending us DIY videos to fix things. We learned later that the RV was damaged in an accident and instead of doing a full teardown to find short circuits in the walls and fix it right, the owner band-aided the problem just before we arrived and never road-tested it. We ended up being the road-testers. We had other rentals available to us. Despite all of the misery, we saved our trip by renting another vehicle and getting a hotel room but this RV rental was the sole negative of the entire trip.

Rob was quick to respond to any questions we had and very easy to work with. The Memory Maker was indeed that….we made plenty of wonderful memories in Yellowstone! We had a great RV, everything we needed was stocked in the RV. If we come back to this area we will be contacting Rob! Thanks for making our experience wonderful!!!!
