The trip was a wonderful time with my family! The motorhome had some pros and cons.
Unfortunately, the cons did outweigh the pros and I would not rent this particular motorhome again.
PROS
- The self leveling system! Yes ! Yes ! Yes !
- The motorhome handled very well while driving
- The generator worked every time
- The slide was great
CONS
- DIRTY !!! The motorhome was not clean, the bathroom smelled like urine, the stove top was greasy, there was so much dirt and stuff coming out from under the couch and cushions the floors were gross. The bowls and utensils were dirty.
- Lack of Maintenace. This motorhome has been used hard and it shows. Torn cushions, missing parts on chairs, all coach windows, except one, didn't open, the tires need to be replaced, blinds are stuck in place, drawers in kitchen held close with a bungee cord, other drawers missing
- Cushion Fiasco !! The cushions at the kitchen table did not fit and the velcro was worn off so they were constantly slipping, sliding and falling off.
- A written manual would have been nice to refer to for general practices, generator, slide function, etc.
- The A/C from the generator was not adequate, make sure your trip is north
- The absolute bare minimum for kitchen supplies like cutlery and dishes. As mentioned they were dirty, so we ended up buying paper plates and utensils.
- No garbage bags or garbage can
- Not the host fault but the overhead bunk gets extremely hot and is not comfortable for sleeping
- The gray and black water sensors were not accurate so it showed full even after dumping
- The main door was tough to latch properly so it came open three times while driving

The owners were great to work with. They have realistic expectations of their renters and are not emotionally tied to the RV, which made it less stressful for us to rent. The walk through before driving was great and the owners made sure we understood how things work. Once we were on the road the owners quickly answered any questions that came up. The RV was spacious and practical for our family of 8. The owners had it very clean for us. Overall, the process was great.

Loved our trip through the Rocky Mountains. Our host Megan was amazing. Every little question I had before, during and even after the trip was answered by her. We will rent from her again.

We loved our experience with the Burton's RV. We drove it to the Grand Canyon and it made our trip fun, relaxing and convenient. The Odyssey ran great, with no problems along the way. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a great time. We plan on using the same RV next summer if available. :-)

Megan and her husband were absolutely fantastic to work with and made our trip a memorable one. The RV was the perfect way to visit Yellowstone. I would rent from them again in a heartbeat. Went through operation and explained everything very well. She was always quick with a response when I had a question. I would highly recommend renting their RV, it’s very, nice has lots of storage, and ran like a champ. This was our first time renting through Outdoorsy, and it was easy and seamless.

Megan was amazing to work with! She was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the entire renting experience. I was an RV newbie and her and her husband did a very thorough walkthrough of how everything worked before we left. The RV itself ran well and we took it all through Glacier, Yellowstone and the Tetons with no issue.

We had a wonderful time on our trip! The Entegra Odyssey was new and clean. It was so roomy even for our family of 8. I was really pleased with all of the storage and with how functional the kitchen and bathroom were. Megan was really easy to work with and did a great job explaining how everything worked. It was our first RV experience and it was awesome.

Megan was very responsive. The delivery option was extremely helpful and the way she and her husband went over the bells and whistles of this fab RV was great. The RV drove well, there were no mechanical issues and it was super clean. Overall a 10/10 experience.

Megan and her husband were wonderful to work with. We had to make a last-minute rental with them because our other rental fell through due to damage. It was a hectic process for us that they made smooth. Their RV is tremendous. It’s great to drive as we went from Salt Lake City, over the Teton Pass, into the Tetons and all through Yellowstone. Additionally, it has tons of rooms and wonderful amenities inside. I highly recommend working with Megan, her husband and their vehicle.
