We are two teachers in the west valley of Phoenix, AZ. Our little man, Pip, is fully equipped with the comforts of home--but not enough to make it feel like you're not camping. Enjoy a night under the stars in Pip--and make memories with your family. Pip is able to accomodate 6 people, comfortably. He has two king size beds, equipped with memory foam mattress pads, clean comfy sheets, and lots of pillows! The dinette and bench also fold town to create two additional twin beds, with clean sheets and more pillows!

Pip comes with a fully-equipped camping kitchen (cooking utensils, french press, fresh coffee from various countries and freshly ground, plates, cups, eating utensils, a refrigerator, and pots and pans).

Pip has a roll-down canvas screen that can be used inside and out, and works with the provided projector and Google Chromecast. This can be used to create even more memorable nights, or rainy afternoons. Easily connect your phone to the Chromecast for access to your subscription services.

Pip is also loaded with several board games, and a newly epoxied table top, that is ready for those game nights and early morning breakfasts.

Pip is fully stocked with blankets (indoor and outdoor), a working heater, and a portable AC unit (optional to bring). Pip has new tires, two propane tanks, a new battery, and has been fully renovated. He is ready for the road and for some solid memory-making.

Pip loves pets! We have three pups that have traveled with us and we all fit and function comfortably! All pets are welcome - they are part of the family, too! We also provide a special welcome package!

On the outside, there are two kayaks available for rent, a portable ice maker, a Robert Irvine charcoal grill, lawn chairs, and an outdoor mat, as well as an attachable gas stove. He is ready for you, but question is, are you ready for him?
