A great family camper! We call her Timbuktu... named after our kids favorite ski trail and that we like to explore all over!Sleeps 10 with full bunk room, wrap around dinette, outdoor kitchen, and separate entry for bathroom!In the front is a full walk around queen (not a short queen) bed. There's a 32"TV there that'll swivel around to living room.
Behind the front bed is the kitchen and living area. A double bowl sink, 3 burner stove with oven, microwave and Keurig are there for your use. Above and below are dishes, cups, pots, and pans.
The living area is a convertible sofa that'll sleep 2. To the left of the sofa is a huge dinette that'll fit everyone for those rainy day indoor meals. Ample storage with supplied towels underneath.
To the rear is a full bathroom with stand up shower in a full tub. Perfect to bathe the little ones! Opposite the bathroom is a closet for hanging jackets and more storage. Further rear is the awesome bunk room. With its own slide you have room to sleep 4. The bottom right bunk can be a single bunk, a futon, or brought out into a king mattress. Opposite that is a small entertainment center with a TV just for them.My favorite part is the outdoor kitchen. With a separate fridge, sink, and more storage is the outdoor cooking center. There's also 32"TV there to catch the game outside!

What you need: Bedding & toiletries only - sleeping bags/sheets/pillows etc. Towels, silverware, dishes, pots, pans, etc. are supplied. Hand/dish soaps, knapkins, paper towels, TP will be supplied as well.Towing: This is a BIG camper and weighs about 8,000 lbs. Delivery is strongly encouraged. You will need a large truck to tow on your own and I must be confident with both renter and vehicle's towing ability and capacity. No refunds if ill equipped. With delivery I will provide complete set up and take down as well. For that, notice is required. 75 miles from Manchester NH limit.
