We highly recommend renting from Sarah and Adam! The communication was excellent! The camper was perfect for our family of 5 that went on our 4th of July holiday vacation. The camper was clean, we were given excellent instructions for set up, break down, and camper operations. Everything went smoothly and we had a wonderful vacation thanks to Adam and Sarah!

This RV was a pleasure to rent! We went to Custer State Park in SD--had a great time! Sarah and Adam were great with communicating with us, the pickup and drop off easy and the RV itself was perfect! We had no problems--it was comfortable and easy to tow. The video ahead of time showing how to set up was super helpful as we'd never used a camper like this. Will definitely rent again when we need a camper of this size! Thanks so much!

Thank you for your review, Trent!Unfortunately, our camper was not returned in the same condition that it left in, including numerous interior and exterior damages (missing fender skirt, dented front fender, bleach damage on furniture and doors, ill-attempted repairs with glue which caused further damage, and more). Since our initial estimates exceeded the security deposit (of which you were unwilling to pay the full amount), Outdoorsy advised us to file a claim to your insurance to help us repair the damages made while the camper was in your possession. Through arbitration, it was decided that we were owed for damages sought. We wish you better luck on future rentals!

We had just the best possible experience. The camper was beautiful, clean, and obviously well maintained. Sarah was super prompt and efficient communicating with us at every stage in the rental. And Adam was very kind and patient helping us to get the camper set up and broken down. A great pleasure to deal with such lovely people. Highest possible rating from everyone in our family!!!

This was the second time we rented from Sarah and Adam and once again it was a great experience. The camper is well equipped, clean, and maintained. Sarah is always quick to answer messages and is very helpful. We used the heated mattress this time and loved it! I’m sure we will be renting this camper again in the future.

My wife and I are in our 60's and have traveled a fair bit. We typically drive a car or fly, rent a car, stay in motels or at B+B's. We were never really interested in camping, have never seriously considered a camper or trailer until, of course, the Covid 19 pandemic limited our ability to travel safely.I can't sign off without mentioning how accommodating and helpful Adam and Sarah (the owners) were. We were supposed to meet them around 10:30a.m. and because we are unfamiliar with the greater Denver area and not comfortable using GPS we got there closer to 12:00 and put them in a tight squeeze schedule wise. They shrugged it off and not only helped us find their location, but took time to answer every question we had, both when they turned the trailer over to us and after we had it a few days. Super people to deal with, we could use far more like them in our society.

Sarah and Adam were great to work with, flexible, responsive, and helpful. The camper was in great shape, well equipped, and everything worked perfectly. I really liked the layout and the huge space created by the big slide out and the fold out beds. All in all, a great experience and we’re already planning our next trip with the Roo.

Sarah was great to communicate with throughout booking and their pre-trip video was incredibly helpful. I found the trailer easier to pull and maneuver than expected and it was the perfect home for our family trip. The AC alone was worth it! We will gladly return for our next trip.

Sarah & Adam were the best to work with. Very communicative and willing to walk me through any questions and concerns that I had as this was my first time towing a camper. We had one slight problem (from my lack of experience, not any issue with the camper itself), and Adam was willing to come drive 25 min to help us out. The actual camper is great; with the hybrid bunks and slide-out, this thing feels huge inside compared to how big it tows. Loved everything about our first trip with Sarah & Adam’s Roo, and will be looking to rent with them again!

Adam and Sarah were the perfect hosts. We were fairly new to the trailer scene and they made sure we were well prepared and educated before heading up! All we needed to bring was food and drinks, they had everything else you need in the trailer—including a French press and blender! The camper itself was so spacious when extended and easily fit 4 adults. There were two queen heated mattresses and the furnace kept us warm at night! Perfect trip and would rent again from Adam and Sarah in a heartbeat.

Sarah and Adam were the best! The trailer was perfect for our family of 5 it was nicely stocked with several things we forgot for our trip. It was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Their hospitality and communication made us feel like friends and not strangers they trusted us with their trailer and checked in on us and communicated quickly and was also extremely responsive with any questions we had. In the future we hope to rent from the Rowe family again! Thank you again for allowing us to rent from you all!
