This wasn't a pleasure trip. Our 20 year old daughter passed away in a car accident. We were able to bring family together and travel to Nashville Indiana to lay her to rest. The RV was wonderful and would rent again in a heartbeat.

Jim was great to work with responsive and answered questions in reasonable amount of time. He was flexible and trustworthy. RV Dora was perfect for our trip. There were nice extras like chairs,games,trash bags,coffee and coffee pot and mini lanterns.

Jim & his wife had the RV all ready to go when we arrived. They gave us a walk through and explained how everything worked in a timely manner so we could get on the road. This was our first RV experience and we wanted to start with a smaller rig like Dora and it was great experience.

We spent 12 days with Dora the RV visiting towns and National Parks in CO, UT, WY, MT and SD. Dora performed perfectly. Very comfortable for three of us and our stuff. The power, gas, water and sewage systems are easy to use and a manual is provided for you to reference if needed, and
Jim is only a text message away. Dora is fully equipped as described in the listing, and has plenty of power for travel in the mountains. I highly recommend renting Dora and hope to have the opportunity again!

I had a great experience with Outdoorsy and with Jim Ramirez. It was easy to rent the rig and to get insurance through the outdoorsy site. Jim, was extremely helpful and answered all my questions via secure text (and I had a lot of questions as I have never driven an RV before). He made it easy to do this as a first time renter. When we came to pick up the RV, it was clean and all ready to go. There were towels and sheets and pillows. There were plenty of cleaning supplies. The kitchen was stocked with every utensil and all the pots and pans necessary. Jim showed me all around the rig and explained everything in an easy to understand format and even provided a very easy to use instruction manual. Jim, was detailed, but not overbearing and made us feel like we could use the RV like it was our own. Great experience all around. I would recommend Jim and this RV without reservations and we hope to rent it again, as well.

From the moment I Booked my Adventure, our host was phenomenal! Extraordinarily communicative, Super flexible, Safe and friendly family environment at pick up and drop off. There were absolutely no issues during the course of my rental which lasted a week. Anytime I had a question about anything in the unit Jim was only a text or a phone call away. Would definitely rent from him again! Keep up the good work and thanks for all your hospitality!
