Cathy & Johnny were awesome hosts! They have taken great care of this RV. We felt super confident in the fact that the mechanics were all working great! The added hydraulics made a huge difference in uneven campsites. Cathy gave us great instructions and even extra utensils & plates to use. They made themselves available for any questions and responded very quickly. Definitely will keep this acct saved for renting next trip.

Delightful renting experience! We rented TomTom for a 270 mile roundtrip (Livermore to Hensley Lake and back). The RV was comfortable for 4 adults and a dog. John and Cathy were very friendly and great at communication throughout the process - from prebooking questions to end of trip. They gave us a one hour walkthrough of everything we needed to know (the awning, slideouts, the tanks and how to empty them, storage, the jacks, hookups, generator, water pump, etc), which really helped us have a stress-free trip. Vehicle was in excellent condition, everything worked as expected, cleaned and well stocked (coffee maker, toaster, plates, cups and utensils, pans, cleaning supplies) and ready to go. They even lent us a portable BBQ grill and ice trays for the trip. Thank you so much, John and Cathy! We are definitely gonna rent from you again. Cheers!

Cathy and John are experienced RV owners, were really accessible all through the process. They guided us as first time renters through the whole rental including an issue with a jammed door. Recommend working with them.

RV was exactly as described. Owners were excellent communicators before and during the trip. Spent 10 days traveling the coast and Yosemite and everything went very smoothly. RV was clean and well maintained.

Cathy and John were amazing hosts. We had to book last minute, and they were very accommodating. The RV was well stocked with all essentials. Dishes, linens, and cooking essentials were all in good condition. They were excellent communicators, and we were very comfortable in their rig. If we were to travel to that area again, I would not hesitate to rebook with them.

The RV was terrific, as were the couple who rented it to us. Great people and great, well appointed unit. Especially nice were the hydraulic leveling jacks (no bouncing around when people move about), spacious kitchen area, and the two extensions which made for a very roomy camping experience which easily accommodated 4 full-size adults. The van was well equipped and they were very reasonable with their use and cleaning charges.

We had a fantastic experience with TomTom. The RV was very easy to use and well set up. It had plenty of power and drove like a dream on our trip to Yosemite. John and Cathy are wonderful hosts and did a great job with orientating us in the use and functions of the RV. Also, they were always available to answer our questions during the trip. Thank you Cathy and John for such an amazing 1st time RV Experience, you both are wonderful! I had a great Mom and daughter girls adventure over the Labor Day holiday. You did an amazing job teaching us girls how to be adventurous, explaining every detail about how to navigate your Class C RV (TomTom) for our camping trip. Everything was extremely clean & sanitized, no bugs in sight and I felt very Covid safe bringing my special needs daughter on board with no worries :) we all had a wonderful time! John was super helpful and answered my call and walked me through turning on the water heater with a helpful welcoming voice. That made me feel super comfortable about asking questions and learning how to have a fun camping experience. I will definitely be calling you on our next outdoor adventure!

TomTom was the perfect vehicle for our excursion from the Bay Area to Denver and back. No major issues, and vehicle handles perfectly (for a Class C 26 footer). Plenty of power to make it up and over the mountains without slowing to a crawl.

This was our first RV trip. We covered close to 5,000 miles and 14 states in two weeks. John was available at all hours to answer my texts or calls, and was incredibly patient with my first timer questions. The 27 footer was perfect for our three person family, easy to handle and with enough power to navigate the hills of South Dakota and Wyoming. When we decide to venture out again, we will start with the Kukans.

My experience with TomTom was incredible. Let's just begin with the owners, Johnny and Cathy who are amazing. Not only are they super professional but they are personable too. From the moment I booked with them to the end there was constant communication, telephone calls, text, email whatever I preferred. They are both thorough and have a vast knowledge of RV's.

We are in our 60’s and don’t do the tent camping thing any more so Tom Tom was the perfect little get away RV for us! Johnny & Kathy could not have been better to work with. We took TomTom out for a 12 day trip through 7 states (going from CA to Yellowstone, down to the Grand Canyon and up 395 back to the Yosemite area). My family (2 adults, 2 kids - 10 & 11) had a blast. The RV was very roomy, the kitchen and bathroom were perfectly sized, and the fact that there was a door to the "master bedroom" was great for anyone needing some privacy. The overhead bed seemed like it was king-sized so we were able to stow all of the kids clothes, toys and gear without having to pick up their stuff every time we turned around. The stabilizers that were added ensured that we could keep the RV flat on any surface, and the other buttons for the awning, water pump, etc. just made everything very easy for us. The owners also provided everything we needed, including outdoor chairs, a table, trash cans, anything you need in the kitchen, etc. This was our first time renting an RV and we wouldn't hesitate renting TomTom again in the future.
