Meet your host, Sue & Paul

Hi Fellow campers! We are thrilled to offer our RV to others who share our enthusiasm for the outdoors. Our camping experience ranges from backpacking on the West Coast Trail, to tent camping, camping cabins, tent trailers, a travel trailer and now an RV. Our two daughters, now in their twenties, both began camping at the age of 2, and still like to join us! We have spend many summers (15 of the last 20) travelling to PEI and places in between. We have also camped on beautiful Vancouver Island, Michigan, New York State, Florida and the North eastern United States. COVID has helped to remind us that Canada has so much to offer. Each time we venture off the beaten path we seem to find another treasure. Spending time in nature is grounding, healing and healthy. Our RV provides most of the comforts of home while surrounding yourself with the great outdoors. We look forward to meeting you !

  • Free cancellation for 48 hours after booking, as long as you cancel more than 14 days before departure.
  • If cancelled more than 7 days prior to departure:
    • Insurance is refunded
    • 75% of the booking total is refunded
    • The service fee is not refunded
  • If cancelled within 7 days prior to departure:
    • Insurance is refunded
    • 50% of the booking total is refunded

200 miles free per day You will be charged $0.24 for every mile over per day.
Generator usage
1 free generator hour per day If you exceed the included hour you will be charged $8.00 per hour.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We work with our renters to find a time that is convenient for them, and for us as well. We want to make sure each renter receives adequate time to learn how to use the RV, and to complete the pre and post rental run through.
Q.Why is your RV described as being best suited for an adult couple?
A.
While there is sleeping space for 4 adults, our motorhome is small in comparison to some larger units better suited to families. There is definitely lots of room for an adult couple, along with adequate storage.
Q.Why are you limiting reservations to renters who plan to stay in Ontario?
A.
COVID 19 restrictions continue to limit travel internationally and inter-provinically. If these restrictions lift, we will then offer our unit for travel outside of Ontario.
Q.What type of campsites are best suited for your RV?
A.
Being only 24 feet in length, our RV can fit in most campsites. We recommend reserving Ontario Provincial Park sites listed for trailers/RVs 25 ft in length or greater and have a 30 amp/hydro hook up. Private campgrounds, and others offering full hook-ups (water, sewer and hydro) will allow for all of the RVs amenities to be used. Unserviced campsites are also an option, but the generator will be needed for some appliances, and care must be taken to conserve battery power and water.
