You will need to provide your own linens, pillows, blankets, towels, toiletries, paper & plastic ware. NO Pets>NO Smoking>NO ATV Parks>NO OFF Grid Camping. What's includedCamper includes all basic kitchen supplies. Out door rug & bag chairs. You will need to provide your own sheets, pillows, blankets, towels, toiletries, paper and plastic ware. (Unless you want to use and wash the dishes & silverware that are included) We provide toilet tissue and toilet chemicals. Hello, let me introduce you to our family. We have 2 sons and daughter-in-loves. They have blessed us greatly with 7 grandchildren who are are between the ages of 4 & 12. We love spending as much time as possible together. Several of our grands participate in sports which also keeps us busy, We look forward to our annual summer family camping trip. We love spending time at Lake Greeson in Arkansas. This past year we camped during the summer and the fall at Lake Greeson. We loved both times for different reasons. We hope to spend more time camping now that we all own campers.

No smoking and no pets. Must have water & electric hook-ups and a stationary campsite with an address and lot number. Do not allow anyone to get on top of the camper for any reason. If you use the awning you are assuming a risk which will require you to pay for repair or replace it.

This was by far the nicest and most fully functional camper that I have seen. It has a living/kitchen area large enough for multiple people to move about at the same time, a large shower, and a walk-in master closet. The owners were timely, kind, easy to work with and provided a fully stocked rig.

The camper was the cleanest camper after 3 yrs of renting in this site!! It had all the extra necessities. I loved that it had a vacuum and cleaning supplies because I like to keep a tidy camper. It was new, the ac in the master bedroom sealed the deal. I will definitely rent again. The owners were so kind and accommodating to our every need.
