Once parked, he holds 8 passengers in comfort with a fantastic layout and you can legally cocktail in the back in CA. The flexible layout of using two or three beds, depending on your sleeping situation, is great! This is the same length as most van conversions like sprinter or ram van but with way more room and creature comforts. Please be careful driving under the influence of heavy 80's original interior. it is about 12" wider than most class b rv’sOJ is very well-maintained mechanically with a freshly rebuilt 350 V-8 Motor (12/18). The interior is original from 1984 and it is in very good shape but not perfect. My favorite feature is that It was custom-ordered from the factory with the rear lounge dinette design coupled with huge wrap-around windows that are perfect for wildlife viewing, relaxing at the beach, dining or partying with friends. This is the best layout I have ever seen in a small RV! He was used mostly as a surfmobile by a surf instructor that teaches kids with special needs how to surf. We love OJ and want to share Orange Julius with responsible people and families. I am not a rental company and if you are one that likes to treat a rental like a rental then Please do not rent from us.I try to supply everything you could need including Alexa, a Black and Decker toaster oven, 6qt Instant Pot, hot water kettle, clean sheets, pillows, sherpa throw blankets, cutlery, kitchen utensils, plates, French press coffee maker, bowls, cups, trash bags, cutting board, cookware, Alexa-enabled microwave, paper towels, paper plates, sponge, dish soap, RV tp, board games and more to make your trip comfortable, convenient and unforgettable.OJ is Fully Self Contained RV with a new 200w Solar System, Alexa-Enabled 32" Smart Amazon Fire TV, 4-Burner Stove, Magic Chef Oven, 2-Basin Sink, Rear Air Conditioner, Dometic Automatic 6' Refrigerator/Freezer, Furnace, spacious Shower and Toilet. No Pets, Sorry!! Motor Oil 10w-30, Transmission Oil ATF-4, Regular Unleaded GasEarly Check-in before 3:00pm and Late returns after 11:00am are $10/hr and must be completed by 9:00pm in most situations because we need sleep to make sure renters get a thorough walkthrough and safe departure with a clean and well-stocked RV that is ready to go.OK, the non-so-fun stuff...There is a $150 Dump Fee if Black Water (Sewage) Tank Not Returned Empty, So Please Dump Your Tank!! The only other item that requires special attention is making sure that the refrigerator is turned off when parked and pitched at an angle of 6% or greater. As in every RV, optimal refrigerator performance is only provided when you are at less than a 3% pitch, if stationary.
