Thank you for letting us rent Bruno. He was very good to us. The service Bob provided was excellent. We were extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the RV, so clean that we thought our windows were down even though it was up, and it was tripping us out (we were not even on anything)!

RV Pirates is a stellar operation. Great value, resources, and flexibility and the level of support, professionalism and kindness from the team blew us away. We had a direct number for Bob that we were encouraged to use at any time if we had any questions or needed any help. We had a minor accident in rush hour LA traffic two blocks from returning the RV, and Bob was incredibly gracious and helpful, met us on the road and seeing how distraught we were was quick to reassure us that it wasn’t the end of the world and walked us through the reporting process with professionalism and compassion. Truly a class act. Bruno was super clean and well-stocked, and they provided a helpful tour and resourceful orientation videos which were key for us first timers. Families traveling with us that rented from elsewhere were very jealous of our setup and resources! Can’t recommend enough, thank you RV Pirates!!

Took Bruno for our first RV experience. Check out/in was super easy. The RV drove like a champ and was nice and clean when we got it. Having a lot of the necessities already in the RV was convenient. I would rent again.

The listing title is very accurate, they were very quick to respond to the initial request and every single question we had before we left and while on our trip. The pick up and drop off was super easy and efficient! The only suggestion would be to have a user guide on board Bruno so you can easily reference the particular instructions on using some of the onboard equipment for first time renters... otherwise we had an amazing experience and would definitely rent from them again!

Our trip was perfect. Efrain was great to deal with and very flexible. The RV was fully equipped and ran smoothly through 800 miles.

We had SO much fun in the Minnie Winnie and seriously contemplated running away with it, but then....life. The Winnie had everything you could need and was super easy to drive! As this was our first time in an R.V., we had a few questions throughout our trip and Bruno was always available to answer them right away and offer great tips on things to see and places to go in California. We will definitely be back and are excited to see where Minnie Winnie takes us on our next Cali road trip adventure!!

From the very beginning, Efrain was quick to respond and very accommodating. He made my first RV rental an easy and pleasurable experience. The RV was in great condition and included lots of cleaning supplies, kitchen supplies, etc. Efrain did a thorough tutorial with us and answered questions along the way. We always felt supported and confident with the RV. Efrain is my go-to guy for all future RV rentals.
