This campervan is great for the price, particularly for 1-2 people, who are
not too tall. I am 5'2 so it was no trouble at all to get up into the van
to accomplish the adjustments necessary to create the bed or bench as
needed; insert and remove the sun blockers, etc. We had three people so
needed to continue to store or take out a back seat as we traveled around
to camp sites, which was a bit of a pain. The kitchen set was complete and
in excellent shape, and the shade structure and chairs easy to access and
assemble. The bed was quite comfortable. We did not need to use the table,
tent or shower. Both the owner and Outdoorsy were very responsive to our
questions both before and during the trip; and the instructions provided
were clear and useful. We forgot to check the cd player before we left, and
that ended up not working, with a cd stuck and unable to eject. Also, I
forgot to take photos of the van when we returned, to compare to photos
before we left ( I did take photos of the mileage and fuel). This caused me
a bit of unease when it seemed that the owner did not have someone to go
and check the van for over 24 hours after we returned. It occured to me
that something could have happened to the van in that timeframe, since it
is parked in a public area, so I highly recommend renters make a note to do
this. I have already recommended Outdoorsy to several friends. Thanks for
providing us with a great vehicle for our camping trip!

Van was wonderful. We took it to Yosemite for 5 days. The mileage allotment is very generous. Much better than other options we looked at. Mattress was comfortable and everything was as described. Two slept very comfortably. We used the stove, cutlery, camp chairs, and cups. Didn't use the shower at all so can't speak to that. Fast communication and it was easy to get into the van using a lock box. Mike parked it just a short way away from SFO airport. Only minor issue was that the second cigarette adaptor wasn't working, but we still had one so it was ok. I think I'd read on their website that there were curtains but we didn't find any and I'm not sure we can fault them for that because I don't see it listed anywhere on Outdoorsy as something that was promised. Note: Don't forget to buy propane for the stove.

Excellent Camper Van with all the needed equipment supplied! The bed is very comfortable and the dark-out screens are very effective. The customer service of AIYRE Pacific team is superb. We will definitely rent again!
