Our service from Kyle and Zane was outstanding. They were communicative, friendly, and informative. The RV we rented was in immaculate condition, and all systems worked as designed. We will definitely return to Road Shark RV Rentals for our next RV trip.

Our first time renting an RV and they made it so easy. Brought the RV to the house, explained everything and were available via text / phone for any questions that came up. (And there were a lot!) The RV was clean and obviously well taken care of even at 3 years old. Drove very well from LA to Big Sur and back no problems. I really appreciate Road Shark going the extra mile to make sure our family felt safe and had an amazing experience. They even came and picked it up at our house for a small fee. Will definitely use them again. You should too!

RoadShark RV Rentals was very great to work with for our First RV rental experience and we recommend this company to our friends and neighbors. Kyle, the General Manager was especially great with service!
He was helpful, smart, and responded on-call to our requests for info during the trip. The Mercedes Winnebago was surprisingly easy to drive! I will trust this business for another future family vacation, hopefully soon!

We had to relocate out of our home for 2 weeks and decided to rent an RV. Given that we are in the middle of a pandemic we figured an RV would be the safest way to go. When I first spoke to RV Shark to rent, I was extremely impressed with the customer service and assurances. And the RV represented was going to be quality, especially given the price they charge. However, our experience with RV Shark was overall not a great experience. The RV provided was not clean and when we went to use the microwave it still had left over food. I was then concerned if the RV had been cleaned before Kyle brought it to us. And especially with COVID-19, it is especially concerning. So, I took an entire ½ day to sanitize. The tail/brake light was falling out because the RV had been backed into something before it was brought to us and it had to be taped in. There were many other functionality issues. The drawers would not stay shut when we were driving so we had to tape them shut. In order to have hot water we had to be plugged into an electrical outlet and could not use the propane. The AC only worked intermittently. Given that we were traveling through California during the heat wave we ended up staying in a hotel for a couple of days, which defeated the purpose of renting an RV. Additionally, the screen door handle broke off on the second day in addition to missing a panel already, which let a ton of bugs in, so had to be closed most of the time. Hence, door was not functional at all. The blinds would not roll up at all. It was given that RV had been very abused before being turned over to us for an 11-day trip. Perhaps because the business is so busy, RV Shark are turning over the RV’s quickly and not adequately maintaining, inspecting and cleaning before renting out again. When there was a major issue with the electrical and I had to speak with one of the owners. He was very rude and condescending. I do have to note that Kyle was very responsive, kind and tried to be as helpful as possible. Hence, the reason for the 2-star rating instead of a 1-star rating. I am happy to see others did not experience the same disappointment we did. It was very stressful.

Kyle and his team were flexible, and, for the most part, available for all questions. the RV itself had a bunch of issues -- back-up camera didn't work, which made reversing so hard for us first-timers, black/gray waste tube was broken, which made dumping the tanks, uh, challenging, transmission had a habit of getting stuck in park and took 5 or 6 tries to get it into gear. honestly, we were worried we'd be stranded at a gas station with a vehicle that wouldn't go out of park.

Johnny was great to communicate with and the RV was exactly what was advertised. Clean and in mint condition, it was outfitted with everything we needed...linens, cutlery, dish-ware, bbq, and more....

We had an excellent experience with Road Shark 2. Johnny was great at working the details out with us in a way that was specific to our trip. I appreciated his flexibility, and he answered all my questions/concerns. The RV was clean, ran well, and was delievered exactly as described. We had a great trip and would definitely rent again from Road Shark.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip in this RV. The rental transaction, communications, delivery/pickup arrangements with Johnny and his team went very smoothly. We had questions upon arriving at the campground and they helped us via text, email and mobile, going above and beyond until we were all settled in. The RV functioned as expected and was clean and very well stocked. Thank you for helping us enjoy Father's Day weekend 2019. Definitely would rent from Johnny again!

Eddy was our Road Shark mentor and he went above and beyond to help me achieve a successful RV rental for my very first time. The RV drove beautifully, even against some very strong winds I never felt any control issues. The interior is very well laid out and fit our family of 4 well. I think the RV comes equipped with just the right amount of 'stuff', not over the top but the things you'd want are all included. As a novice, I had some trouble on day one figuring out how to set up, when to go gas, when to go electric etc. The waste discharge tube caused me some concern on day 1, but was easily settled. New renters need to be assured that there is a bit of a learning curve with RV operations, but with a bit of practice, it all comes quite easily thereafter. My real grade would be 4.5 stars, I think the gas milage was less than optimal and the number of miles allowed per day should be increased to allow folks to travel out of LA to sites worth viewing (without paying the extra milage fee--IMO). But it is all spelled out in our contract and Eddy was very generous when it came to settling the bill, and available by text and phone whenever I needed him. The trip we took was awesome, the kids were forced off their 'devices' for views and experiences that involve our natural world, and spending 4 days in an RV was comfortable and enjoyable. We'd do it again!!

I recently took a trip with my wife and 11th month old son to Sedona, AZ. I contacted many owners through Outdoorsy, but as soon as I got a responce from Road Shark, I knew who we were going to go with. Not only are there vehicles new and state of the art, the quote was by far the most fair I had received. I had never used Outdoorsy prior to this and I had my hesitations, but I cannot say enough how easy it was dealing with Road Sharks leading up to our trip and how comfortable they made me feel. I met Johnny and Ed on the day I picked up the RV and they walked me through everything. I had no experience prior to this driving an RV, but these vehicles are very easy to drive and very easy to use all the functions available. By the time I was ready to take the RV home, I was absolutely confident that I was ready for this trip. Johnny and Ed were available for me throughout the trip with any questions I had. To be honest, I had no reason to reach out as I had zero issues. This trip was amazing and it was all because of the RV. I really can not recommend Road Sharks enough. They really are great guys and have a fleet of state of amazing RV’s. My family and I will certainly be doing this again!!!

The RV is exactly as shown in pictures, perfectly new and very clean. Both Johnny and Ed were very accommodating, friendly and helpful. We are first time renter traveling with two young kids, we all were very comfortable, felt safe and had amazing time. We thought with little kids we are too early to do camping and this RV definitely helped us experience the outdoor while having homey comfort.

Great RV, Great owner, Great experience!!! First time renting an RV and couldn't have been easier or more enjoyable. It's brand new and a great vehicle. Big enough for my family of 5 (kids 12/10/10), but not so big we had problems anywhere. It's a Mercedes Diesel so felt very safe and saved a lot on gas (we drove a lot). Inside its more functional than "cute" so we had plenty of room for everything we were traveling with, and never felt cramped (which was one of the big benefits of this family road trip). Little intimidating the first day hooking everything up, but Johnny gave great instructions (verbal/written) and by second night we were experts. We had Johnny's cell phone, but never needed to call. He actually called us to check in, which was very thoughtful. We're already talking about our next trip...

Super clean and easy to drive. This was our first RV trip. Two kids, a teenager, one grandmother and my wife and I. We all fit. It was a little snug but very manageable. Johnny is great. He is very responsive and answered all of our questions while we were on the rode. We are already planning our next trip.
