This was our first family trip in an rv and Sue was able to take time to help us get comfortable with the vehicle so we drove away with confidence. The rental was as advertised and a great fit for our weekend at a farm wedding in Western MA where the AC made for a cool escape from the heat. The kids loved the ride and being able to watch a movie en route. Great rental and first rv adventure!
