Chewy is our 2022 Coleman Lantern 17b. She's equipped and stocked with everything you need for a wonderful trip to the mountains. Bring your toothbrush, clothes and food and you're good to go! Chewy is named after our wonderful little Shih Tsu who loves going "bye-bye". Equipped with two twin bunks and a queen sized bed, she's perfect for your family, the dinette folds down into another sleeping area as well so she sleeps 5 comfortably. Chewy is 21 ft long which makes her easy to tow and allows for camping in National Parks which have a length limit.Chewy has a sink, two burner stove, microwave convection oven combo and a dinette for eating. A beautiful fireplace to keep you warm on those chilly mountain nights, and plenty of ventilation to keep you cool during the day. She's also equipped with an air conditioner for summer months (we ask that you not use the A/C during winter months)Storage space in this camper is wonderful, there is storage under the bottom bunk, under the queen mattress, under the dinette benches, and plenty of overhead cabinets.Included in your rental: Cleaning supplies, cookware, dishes, K-cup coffee pot, toilet paper, paper plates, napkins, plastic cutlery, linens, towels, pillows.Available optional features include: Camp chairs, a small portable outdoor grill, an electric scooter, pet friendly with pet fee. She comes equipped with a sway control hitch that we allow you to use to help with weight distribution and sway. This helps you handle those curvy mountain passes with ease. Please note: The hitch ball size is 2 5/16. Other things to notePets are welcome in our RV, we bring our dog with us, and we want you to be able to bring your well-behaved dog with you. Please do not tie your dog to any part of the RV. First off, it stresses your dog to be tied to a foreign place. Second, our RV is not designed to bear the weight of a 150lb dog rushing at a racoon, it will destroy the RV. Third, the weather in Colorado is unpredictable. The day can start out mild and Fido might be comfortable under the shade of the RV, but the sun can be brutal and your dog may not be able to find adequate shade or cooling.Please do not travel with your dog inside of the RV. The RV is not ventilated while in motion and can get hot inside. The Air conditioner only operates when connected to a power source.Please note: We want your camping trip to be enjoyable, with your pet, you will be responsible for any interior and exterior damage caused to the RV by your pet. Adequate "accident" clean-up materials are provided by us for the occasional excited pee or oopsie poo your dog may leave. Please use provided waste bags, do not put paper towel in the RV toilet, this will clog the toilet and cause it to overflow.Awning: We do not recommend use of the awning due to variable weather conditions. We had to cancel our booking because our RV was in the shop receiving repairs. The shop stated the RV would be ready and it wasn't. This was a situation out of our control. Our previous booking was canceled for the same issue. As much as we would have loved to host these bookings, we were unable to control the repair shop's timetable.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We are very flexible with pickup and drop off. We can even deliver the RV to your campsite and set it up for you.
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
Our RV runs on 30amp power supply. Please make sure when you're booking your reservation that you're booking at a campground that provides 30amp service. We will show you how to hook up when you pick up the RV
Q.How do you clean the unit?
A.
Unit is ventilated, cleaned, and sanitized after each use. UV light and ozone cleaner is used to provide additional sanitation. Linens, pillows, and towels are washed and sanitized between uses. Mattresses are covered with a hypoallergenic, waterproof mattress cover that is disinfected after use.
Q.How do you handle winter camping?
A.
Our unit may be winterized due to low temperatures during the winter months. During these months, water will not be available in the unit which means the sink, toilet, and shower will be turned off. Please be aware that you will not be able to wash dishes, take a shower, or use the toilet during the winter months. If you have full hookups, you may be able to request the unit have water turned on during winter months
