John's 2014 Heartland North Trail camper was amazing! It was clean, spacious and had many amenities that added convenience to our camping experience. John was incredibly responsive to my questions during the booking process and in the time leading up to our trip. John absolutely went out of his way to make sure my family was taken care of and had an unforgettable experience. I would recommend John to my friends and family, and I can't wait to go camping again!

John was great to work with in every way. He called soon after booking to review our truck to be sure we matched our vehicle’s capacity to the right camper. He recommended installing some items to aid our vehicle in towing the camper. We were delighted with thoroughness of explanation of rig at pick up. We had a minor problem when we tripped a breaker he replied to our text immediately with a phone call. Drop off was good too although the new Outdoorsy return program was giving him fits. We helped him figure out how to save the return photos required. We highly recommend John.

John is great and made everything easy on us with RV rental. John was prompt, hard working and very nice to work with. John made this trip 10x easier for us with his knowledge and set-up of the RV. When doing this again I will be sure to look at John for availability first.
