This is our brand new 2021 Heartland North Trail 22FBS. This travel trailer is 29.5 feet long, dry weight of 5,500 lbs, 6,9000 lbs Gvwr and a hitch weight of 395 lbs. The Heartland is equipped with a residential king size bed, conventional oven, 3 burner range stove, microwave, propane grill, outdoor shower, "king kong" storage space, full size rear bathroom, two 28inch smart tvs and Wifi. This RV comes with great electrical features that makes your experience easier. Includes electrical awning with LED lights, power tongue and stabilizing jacks and a power slide out.
Our heartland also comes with gas/electric DSI quick recovery water heater, 8 cu ft electrical/gas refrigerator, two propane tanks, indoor/ outdoor speakers with bluetooth capable AM/FM radio with Hdmi pass through, LED lighting with quick charge USB ports.
We also offer a few additonal add ons: 4 outdoor camping chairs, small propane grill, 8x10 outdoor carpet, giant connect 4 game, cornhole, 9,400 watt generator, bluetooth brake control and a toddler bounce house.
** If generator is added to your trip, renter is responsible for gas & gas can
Our generator usage fee is $200, if more than 1 week of usage is needed, $100 per week will be applied.

This RV includes 1 king size bed sheet and comforter, 2 king size pillows, 2 twin size sheets, RV safe toilet paper, 4 towels, coffee machine and coffee filters (just make sure to bring your favorite ground coffee) also includes coffee mugs, small magic bullet blender, pots, pans, forks, knifes, grilling utensils, and 2 propane tanks.
We also provide a sway control load leveling hitch for your safety while traveling in our RV.
We also offer a few additional add ons: 4 outdoor camping chairs, small propane grill, icemaker, 8x10 outdoor carpet, giant connect 4 game, cornhole, a 9,400 watt generator and bluetooth trailer brake controller.

Recommendations
We have taken our RV to local campgrounds. We have been to Jonathan Dickensen State Park & John Prince Park. We had a great experience at both campgrounds and prices are not expensive. We recently went to Disney for the weekend and stayed at one of the Thousand Trails campgrounds. It was a very clean, beautiful and very peaceful place.

**Our delivery/set up fee is $2.75/mile with a minimum of $225

I offer delivery that works with my work schedule. I can either deliver before work Monday-Saturdays at 6:30am or anytime after 6:30pm. Sundays I am available anytime!
-Pets are welcome but do NOT allow pets on furniture to prevent any damages. Any damages will be deducted from security deposit.
-NO SMOKING ALLOWED! If there are any signs that smoking was done inside our RV a $200 fee will be deducted from security deposit.
-The gray and black tanks must be drained and flushed before returning, If this is not done, there is a cleaning fee of $75 that will be deducted from the security deposit.
-Tolls charged on trailer's license plate will be deducted from security deposit.
-Awning use is allowed, but we do ask if it gets windy to retract it back in so it does not get damaged. Any damages to awning will be deducted from security deposit.

Dustin’s RV was fantastic! Plenty of room, and very nice. King bed was a plus too. We made 3 stops on our week long trip, and the RV was really easy to tow. Will definitely go back to Dustin for our next trip!

Dustin was great. The RV was very well taken care of. It has a lot of space and storage. Upon pickup the RV was very clean, and ready to go. Dustin took the time to go over everything and explain how everything functioned. I would definitely recommend renting this RV as you won’t be disappointed.

Excellent experience! Dustin was very helpful, nice, and helped us get everything set up before the trip. The camper was super clean, very comfortable and well stocked. We really liked that it had a King size bed, as most others do not. It was very spacious and had lots of storage spaces which was a plus. The couch opens to a bed which was also very comfortable. Everything was new, and easy to operate. It also had an oven in the kitchen, and a pull out propane grill outside which came in very handy. We had a wonderful experience. We highly recommend Dustin and this camper.

Great experience!!. We were in the process of getting a new home so we need a place to stay for a few days. Renting this RV was a wonderful idea. We never have stayed in a RV before and the owners were so patient and kind addressing our concerns and helping us to find the perfect place to stay.
