This was our 3rd or 4th time to rent from J's and we love doing business with Carlos. The website is easy to use and we like the way everything is packaged. This particular travel trailer was BIG and so worth every penny. The couch was like a full size couch. The master suite has the most comfortable bed that I have experienced, The bunkhouse was perfect for my son and his friends. It was roomy with 3 or 4 slide outs. As far as storage, there was a lot in the master with one of the slide outs being a closet. The only problem with storage in the kitchen is there are a lot of cabinets full with other stuff. I've learned that he tries to keep them set up with anything you may need. I think next time I may off-load some of those things into one of my totes so I can store my dry foods and kitchen things. When we were coming home, the last 3 or 4 hours we were hit with 35mph crosswinds. They were bad enough to tear away the underlayment so we made a quick stop and fixed it with zip ties. Carlos is a pleasure to work with and I can always count on getting exactly what I need with his inventory! We are definitely a happy repeat customer.

The camper I originally rented was actually rented on my dates through a different site so I was given a similar layout for my trip. That was the only thing I could possibly say that isn’t wonderful about my whole experience. Carlos is professional, kind, goes the extra mile, easy to reach and we had an amazing time thanks to him.
