It was great! rV was roomy, there were no issues with it except the stabilizer Javis were slightly bent when jacking it up to even out on ground. But the trailer itself was supported by its own tires and front jack so no issues with support there. Linens and cooking utensils were supplied and stocked. Will rent again! Carlos was extremely helpful and patient with us. Any questions we had he answered.

Carlos was great at explaining and going over the camper, also stayed a while and talked to me, also answered any question I had while I was out camping. And when it was time to pick it up he didn’t just hook up to and leave he stayed and talked about our trip. We will defiantly rent a rv from him again

The travel trailer was very clean and everything was provided-only needed our clothes, food and us - couldn’t ask for a better experience and the people we rented from were great - explained how everything worked, got us hooked up and we were ready to go - AWESOME!!

The RV we rented was great! Just as pictured and promised and the service was better than I could possibly have imagined. This was my first time dealing with a RV rental service and the level of customer service I received was actually heart warming. Carlos, who we dealt with for delivery and pick up of the RV actually helped one of the people on our camping trip repair his truck that had some mechanical problems on the way to our location. He went so far out of his way to be helpful. So far that he drove hours out of his way two days in a row and then ultimately repaired the truck! It is wonderful to know that people that care that much about kindness to strangers are still out there. If this review sounds made up or too good to be true PERFECT, because that is how I want it to sound. The level of service we received was too good to be true. Carlos and this RV deserve many more stars than 5!!!

The RV was wonderful to have a camping experience with the family. It was a very good size, comfortable and felt like a "home away from home." Carlos was very responsive to any messages that I sent to him, and he was very helpful with any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend Carlos to anyone considering renting an RV!
