Carlos is great to work with - super chill and answered all our questions with kindness and competence. The camper was very clean and well stocked! The bathroom/bunk area on this camper got tight until the four of us learned how to maneuver around each other. We will definitely rent from Carlos again!

This was my first adventure renting an RV and I was very apprehensive and nervous. However, Carlos soon set my mind at ease after giving the tour of the RV and showing me the great features that were available on the travel trailer. It was clean and well set up with everything that was needed for a trip such as; linens, pots and pans, paper goods, cleaning products, etc. All the equipment for setting up the RV was included as well. Basically, all that was needed was food and your clothes. He worked with me to make sure I understood how to set up the trailer. The trailer was easy to tow and the trip was fabulous! It was easy picking up the trailer and returning it back. I was able to meet Carlos's dad who was very kind and helpful. He even helped me unload all of my gear. The price was reasonable and the superb customer service went above and beyond the customer expectations. Carlos was friendly, courteous, as well as helpful in making sure that I was comfortable driving the truck and towing an RV. It was my first time to tow an RV and Carlos went out of his way and was patient in teaching me the basics of towing and setting up the RV. I would highly recommend J's RV Rentals without any reservations. This is the place to rent your next RV, and I know that I will be a returning customer!

Carlos was very helpful, friendly and outgoing. His explainations of how different functions on the trailer worked were accurate and useful. The trailer was sturdy and road worthy with all the amenities we needed, it served us well on our over 5,000 mile journey.

Carlos texted us about a week before our trip telling us that the Jayco that we booked had been damaged that weekend by another user. He offered and upgrade in it's place (PUMA) that was about a foot longer with a larger tub for no extra charge and a large screen TV. We were not towing it. Rather he towed it to our requested location on a certain date and had it setup, and ready with the AC already running when we got there later that afternoon. Shortly after we arrived, an associate (his father, I think) came out to explain all the functions of the trailer. He was super nice and friendly and answered all our questions without making us feel stupid. Sorry, we didn't take any photos of the camper. But it was really nice and comfortable.
