As a first time renter I am so thankful for J’s! Carlos was so helpful throughout the whole process. The camper was in fabulous condition, very clean, with everything we could have needed! As a family of 6 it’s hard for us to find places to stay, so using J’s will definitely become a regular experience for us! 10/10 recommend!

The camper was set up and ready to use when we arrived. The bunk house was perfect for our boys. We had plenty of room to enjoy a 4 day weekend making memories. Carlos was prompt when answering calls or texts. Can’t wait to book again!!

Always so easy with J’s. This is the second year we used this trailer for our annual dove hunt. The guys loved it so much that I think they’ve worked with J several times throughout the year. Will be booking yearly. Wish he had a franchise or delivery closer to dfw! Js RVs are the cleanest and best maintained out there. My wife would 100% approve. Great guy, great business, great RVs!!!

Customer service and setup service was great. The tv had the wrong connection that we could not see the movies we brought with us. There was sewer over escaping from the bathroom. Overall I still like thier service and rental I understand things happen and I totally recommend their services.

Would definitely recommend to any and every one. Very informative and worked very well with us at the last minute to make our stay at the lake possible for my daughters bday. Was a pleasure working with. We really enjoyed our stay. Maybe even a little too much. :)

Carlos was great to work with.. drive in from Houston to pick trailer up early and he was very flexible with the return time. RV setup to have all your needs met from linen to dishes, etc… the inventor was great and quiet…. Had a lot of people comment about that

Rv was very clean and packed with more then what we expected sheets blankets and new pillows also waters in fridge and a very thorough pre delivery from carlos definitely recommend and will be renting again!!!!

Carlos brought the RV to my farm and helped with the setup. I rented it for the week of Thanksgiving to provide extra beds for my grandchildren visiting. The RV was great, the kids loved the adventure of sleeping together in the RV. It worked out great. Will certainly rent again when needed. Thanks.
