This was our first time renting an RV and we plan to use J's RV again. Carlos was very transparent and helpful. There were no hidden costs or surprises. We even scheduled a time to view the RV options prior to reserving. The unit came ready to roll so we just had to load our few things. Carlos communicated as needed with reservations, pickup and delivery. We previously have owned 2 RVs and 2 living quarter horse trailers but after renting from J's, I think this is the way to go!

Wr had a great time and the RV was perfect. There was a learning curve with dumping the portable waste container but got it figured out.

The door for the outdoor kitchen was un-usable. The only reason for a non-perfect score from us. Really enjoyed staying in this RV. However, next year we will probably do a smaller one because my wife had a hard time with the stairs up to the bedroom. The service was excellent.
