Aaron and Heidi made it such an easy transition to get the van and get it back to them. Everything I needed was there, the pre-trip tutorial was very thorough and they were available for any questions I had.

We had a great trip in Creamsicle! Mostly as expected, had some trouble with the furnace not working but the owners were very responsive and helpful to trouble shoot. Note that you cannot lock the cabin door, perhaps the owner can offer a solution before the next renter so you can feel completely comfortable leaving your belongings / sleeping at night. Otherwise, a great experience! Do it!

We had so much fun in Creamsicle!! It was perfect for our little road trip around Washington (and a huge plus that we could bring the pup). Aaron and Heidi have really thought through the details and provide a thorough explanation of the vehicle in order to make sure your trip goes smoothly. They even have an iPad in the car with instructional videos in case you need a reminder and it can also be used as a gps etc. I will say that on our first night we didn’t realize we had left the parking lights on. Make sure you flip that switch all the way to the left!! That being said, the battery died, however between Aaron’s extremely quick response as well as the help of the Outdoorsh roadside assistance team, we never missed a beat on our trip. Would highly recommend!

What a fun trip in Creamsicle! She ran so smoothly and was a breeze over mountain passes. Aaron & Heidi thought of everything you need and more, perfectly stocked the van. With 3 adults we were very comfortable, and enjoyed our time. Aaron & Heidi were great!- helpful, quick communication, and very nice ! Thanks again!

Everything about the Creamsicle experience was fantastic! The van was so well equipped and fun to drive. Heidi and Aaron were extremely helpful. The how-to videos were especially good for Westfalia novices. Highly recommended for an adventure.

The van was delivered to my front door, Aaron went through and explained every part of the van. My friends and I had the trip of a lifetime, the van was perfect. All three of us on the trip said we want to now buy the same kind of van. Everything was clean and worked perfectly. I highly recommend the Creamsicle, everywhere we went we got compliments on the van. The owners could not have been more nice and very easy communication.

We had a fantastic and fun trip exploring the Cascade Mountains in Creamsicle. Aaron and Heidi were super easy to work with--- we had to pick up Creamsicle early, drop of late. No problem! Creamsicle, despite her age, proved to be a workhorse. There were no mechanical issues, but LOTS of interest from onlookers who reminisced about the Golden Age of VW touring.

Everything was awesome. Creamsicle was all-around great. Clean. As advertised. Roomy. So fun to drive, too. My only gripe is that I didn’t rent it for one more day.

My dog and I spent a great week with Creamsicle road tripping around Washington State. From booking, through pickup and return, Heidi and Aaron were friendly and eager to help make the experience the best. They've decked the van out with many little extras. The mini fridge was a great feature; as were the window screens; ipad with van video instructions and gps; bluetooth system; and so much more! Ideal for camping and leisurely drives through the countryside, I'd definitely recommend this vehicle to others.

This was a nearly flawless experience! Aaron and Heidi are wonderful and patient people, very good for newish renters! Creamsicle was a delight to camp in, and although there were minor mechanical issues with her, I know those will be quickly fixed, and just added to the personality of the trip. If you had a campervan as a kid and want to share the experience with your kids, Creamsicle is the perfect choice, and Heidi and Aaron are the perfect people to help you through it.

Everything about our trip was amazing! It’s hard to find a thing Heidi and Aaron haven’t thought about - Cremsicle is in impeccable condition, super clean and stocked with everything you might ever need during camping. From mosquito nets to a pancake griddle - they make sure you have all you need for the most epic adventure. Upon pick up we were given detailed instructions on how to operate the van, so it was just a natural process afterwards. Aaron and Heidi were so welcoming and friendly - I can’t wait till we can rent from them again.

Our trip in the Creamsicle was a wonderful experience.
Aaron and Heidi did a great job with both the rebuild and the rental.
The van is clean, classy and very easy to get comfortable in. It also turns a lot of heads with its beautiful finish.
Aaron and Heidi did a thorough walk through before we left. All of the appliances were explained and we had no trouble throughout our 5 day trip.

Aaron and Heidi’s answer

Thanks Paul! We would love to have you and your family adventure in Creamsicle again!

5 stars all around. Aaron and Heidi were great. They were super responsive and the van was exactly as described if not better. It had everything you needed for an awesome road trip. I would highly recommend renting from them as you can tell they take good care of the van. Everywhere we went people gave compliments and I was a little jealous that it wasn't my van.
