Johnny Mullis was nice and courteous and easy to communicate with, he did advise us the week before that the awning was not working. Mr. Mullis stated the week prior that the RV had been rented and pickup from the same Perry, GA location. The RV was nice and spacious. The RV had been lightly cleaned at first appearances. It is starting to show signs of wear and tear, the wallpaper in the main bedroom was coming apart at the seams and the outside upper portion had damage. There were a few issues of concern, the RV had not been properly sanitized. There were several large cobwebs over the bed in the main bedroom quarters, and the lighting over the main seating area had lots of small flying insects and the floor traps had not been cleaned. There were several spiders in the RV. The cabinets and drawers had visible dust and debris inside the drawers. The floor and carpet throughout had not been cleaned. There was no usable cabinet space to store anything. The owner has too many personal items in the cabinets. We could not store any items in the cabinets. Before renting the RV to any consumer it should be properly cleaned and fumigated. The RV was left cleaner than when it was delivered.

Everything went great renting this RV from start to finish. Johnny and his wife were so helpful with any question we had. The RV was well furnished and well stocked. It was exactly as described and probably even better than described. We were very pleased and wouldn’t hesitate to rent from them again.

Rented Johnny’s RV for a music festival we organized in September 2019 and would like to share that he made renting his RV the best experience ever !
Beautiful Rv , clean , perfect , came with everything you will need ... besides having a great rv , more importantly is the BEST service he provided .
Came on time dropped it off , set it up perfectly ,
He even set the ac temperature and programmed the TVs! Got a chance to meet him and thank him and would like to add he is the nicest guy ever .
At the end of rental he picked up the Rv on time .. no hassles ...
