It has it's own Hvac, a nice large 4 cushion sofa and new 43" Roku TV that will broadcast Blu-ray, Multiple Streaming Platforms, Cable, or local TV via roof antenna. There is a outside TV as well so just about where ever you are, you wont miss a pitch, a pass, or an engine roar under a new OEM 18' LED Awning.

I've owned a Class C, but we've never driven anything but a class A together, and have no regrets! Class A is the way to go! (Trip must not exceed 800 total miles.)
What's included
This is truly set up as a shared RV. We have no personal belongings in the Hurricane until it's our turn. We spend hours disinfecting and cleaning everything top to bottom, front to back, inside and out! Comes ready with fresh linens, pillows, blankets, towels, face cloths, coffee maker/filters, toaster and many other helpful kitchen items, and cleaning supplies. We've also included 7 camping chairs; 4 average size and 3 small. A 6 burger charcoal BBQ grill. You can bring your own gas grill with 1/4" male quick connect and plug right into the 1/4" female 20.8 gal low pressure regulated propane! There are DVD's in the cabinet below the living area TV. Games in the adjacent closet, and Cornhole in an outside compartment!

Plan a Golfing Vacation to various locations in Ohio and adjoining States and take a different way back to catch more beautiful courses! Plan sight seeing adventures to a few historical landmarks!
Try off grid! Challenge yourself to rely on solar and lithium. The generator is always ready just in case of a cloudy day! 50 gal of fresh water and 20.8 gal of propane for that boon docking adventure too. How long can you go? What ever you plan, you will thoroughly enjoy this Luxury RV!

Be aware of bridge and gas station height of less than 13'-2".
The wheel base on this RV is about 20 feet. A normal vehicle is about 9.5 feet. That means for the rear tires to clear any object on a left or right turn, you must wait longer for that 20 feet distance to close so you can virtual pivot off the reference point and around the object. Just triple the time you would wait to turn a car, and check clearance in the mirrors! Turning clearances might be the most important aspect to watch when driving any RV!
