Damon was overall kind, respectful, and understanding but we had a tire blow out on the way and ended up stuck on the side of the road for 6 hours. It seemed to have blown because it was completely bare/had no tread at all and could’ve been a really dangerous situation. Damon was able to assist in the process as much as he could and assisted in getting us a partial refund which I do respect, but it shouldn’t have happened in the first place.

Lets start by saying the camper doesn’t look as nice as the pictures. Was it the worst I’ve ever been in no but wasn’t what was expected. The tires on it were pretty old so we had a tire blow out, road side assistance couldn’t make it out so we had to change it with what we had there nothing but a car jack to be found so that was fun. Other than the tire issue it was ok we had to change plans on the trip just in case we had other issues with the tires.
Damon said it was ok to park in front of his house said he’s never had an issue…three days in said a neighbor was complaining but he would handle it not to worry. Came back from our trip and both of our vehicles were gone. They had been towed away he never said a word about it. He did pay the tow storage but a little communication about the actual tow would’ve been great news we would’ve done the trip differently. He said he would make it right and take off mileage for our massive inconvenience but he lied to us and won’t. Word to the wise find someone else

It was okay-there was an issue with the gauges being broken and so the tanks were hit and miss-but it's not super expensive so you get what you pay for and in that case it was a good value.

Had a fabulous trip! The motorhome functioned perfectly and was easy to drive. Damon was a wonderful facilitator and incredibly helpful. Looking forward to using Outdoorsy again.

Damon is a great host. He is doing his best to clean and maintain the RV and both the toilet and shower were clean. The living space was also cleaned but coaches are quite old. The car was comfortable to drive and easy to maneuver. I am glad we had roadside assistance as we got a flat tire. Both the host and Outdoorsy were very supportive and we were able to get back on the road.

Damon was nice & the RV was fine given it’s age. However, the RV was not clean on the inside. We vacuumed & wiped down all the surfaces on the interior before loading it up with our things. During our trip we discovered several other things that were not as clean as they should have been. I was under the impression that Outdoorsy had a cleanliness policy. We were disappointed & expected much more.

Thing ran like a champ for being 20 years old, took the family out to the grand canyon hitting alot of stops on route 66 along the way and never had a problem the whole trip. Didn't have a screen door due to the people who rented the previous few days ahead of us somehow ripping it off but we made due and the kids loved the trip.

Damon was easy to work with. Quick to respond via text. Texts were a little difficult to understand at times b/c of no punctuation.Locks. The cabin door can't be unlocked with a key, so to get in the RV, we needed to unlock the driver or passenger door and unlock from the inside. On several occasions (4 or 5 times), I wasn't able to unlock the driver or passenger door with the key right away. I had to play with the key a bit. On two occasions, we were unable to unlock the cabin door from the inside. After experimenting with it for a bit, I was able to lift the latching/lock component and then unlock it.

For our first time in an RV, we were pleased overall with the experience. Damon showed us all of the vehicle's quirks, and we found a few of our own, but he was very helpful when we had questions on our trip. The RV needs some updating (mostly new velcro, a working lock on the side door, and cleaning of upholstery), but it ran well, and gave us a sense of safety during the pandemic. We were able to keep my 83 year old mother safe for a memorable vacation to the U.P. Thanks!

A wonderful first time RV experience, Damon's communication and thorough review of the RV left us well equipped for our vacation along the Great Lakes.My wife, dog Dillon, and I drove nearly 300 miles in the summer to experience Lake Superior and Lake Michigan. Before departing, Damon's attentiveness ensured we had no problem meeting to pick up the RV at a time that was convenient and thoroughly walked us through the many features and new improvements to the Class C RV. Overall, we had very little issue, Damon was attentive whenever we had questions on our trip, and made our entire experience from beginning to end comfortable.A few specifics below:
- Driving - Wonderfully easy - the RV had good pickup, managed well at highway speeds, massive fuel tank, and responded well to turning. As would be expected with any large RV, wind can be a bit of a challenge to a new RV driver and make sure to leave extra room for braking as you are carrying a lot of weight
- Space - a bit cramped without pullouts, but our dog managed well and we felt comfortable spending mornings in the RV or on rainy days. Queen sized bed was great and decent stand-up shower space
- Amenities - Air conditioning was great and highly needed on more humid days. Well stocked kitchen / cleaning supplies meant we didn't have to worry about stocking much for the trip. Be aware that the fridge temperature was hard to regulate and dropped well below freezing so store our sensitive produce in the bins on the bottom. Damon did make us aware of this prior to our trip. Didn't need to use the new generator much, but worked like a charm when we did.
- Outside components - Both water and electric were easy to hook up. The sewer line was very short, so consider if you are at a site with sewer, you may need to purchase an extension if you want to take advantage. In addition, leveling was a challenge using manual blocks. With the need to drive off and dump once a day, this became a morning ritual. Plenty of storage space.
- Overall - for a first time RV experience, we are now in the market for an RV after having such a great time. A great respite from life for a week and a chance to get away from COVID life! Between the well maintained RV and Damon's communication, it made our experience very enjoyable!

Damon was exceptional to work with. He provided a safe, clean and well-cared for RV and was very thorough in ensuring we understood how everything worked before our departure. Additionally, our plans changed during the trip and Damon fairly and proactively reimbursed for time we didn’t use without us asking! He was incredibly responsive to communications too. Damon was very communicative throughout the whole process. There were some slight mechanical issues with the camper that he told us to watch out for, but it did not impact the trip. The RV was clean and it ran great. I would highly recommend this vehicle for your RV needs!

Broken awning.
Generator barely worked, stunk of gas when it did, and was not reliable.
All of the tires were either too old or wrong size.
Spent entire trip taking care of what should have been routine tire maintenance performed by owner.
Keep thinking about what would have happened if we had a blowout going down some of the mountain passes.
Should have avoided the rental by owner and gone with a reliable rental company, would have cost less and been able to enjoy vacation to its fullest.
