Review summary (AI-generated from guest reviews):
- Responsive and highly accommodating: Susan is praised for easy communication, friendliness, and accommodating schedules. She delivers, sets up, transparently addresses issues, and goes above and beyond, even coordinating with properties.
- Cozy, comfortable, with minor issues: The RV offers a comfy bed and couch, and is easy to set up. However, the AC struggles in high heat, the fridge temperature is inconsistent (slow to cool, can freeze food), and minor repairs are needed for a window screen and bed curtain rod.
